Unfortunately Old Tobys has become probably the most EXPENSIVE dispensary’s around! An 8th of WA Growers is now $35! Drive to Ground Mound...$20 Drive to Olympia $20...Drive to Longview $18. All of these other dispensary’s are in the same boat as far as the minimum wage increase (which is why, I was told, that their prices are now so high) yet none of the other dispensary’s I called to verify prices seem to be price gouging! Hmmmm

If you call them they won’t tell you anything because they can’t verify your age but you can go down there and you don’t need ID or anything and you can walk right in they don’t check IDs her age ever but they make you waste your whole lunch hour by going there to find out that they don’t have something that they could’ve just said that they didn’t have over the phone

Not really sure what to say, the employee helping us recommended Trail blazin’ 9# Hammer, more like Trash blazin 9#H. The employee boasted to have his “Medical card with plenty of knowledge” yet asked if I wanted Sativa or Indica?? Anyone who actually understands cannabis knows that S/I is indicative of the plants physical structure, not the terpenes. The terps are what determine the high you experience.Poor quality selection and meh customer service, still over all disappointed in Washington’s cannabis program.

I'm a newbie to pot culture but my expert girlfriend is out of town so I decided to try this local store that she recommended alone on my way home. I went in with some questions, with my money and I.D. ready.I expected to be carded at the door but I wasn't greeted at all. I have pretty severe social anxiety (mainly why I was shopping for marijuana) and have a hard time asserting myself. I came in looking for cartridges so I figured if I was being ignored I might as well look around.After a couple of minutes wandering lost someone asked me if I needed help in a pretty rude manner. I brought up a couple questions and I thought the employee was joking at first he treated me so rude and snobbily. When I asked him how much the cartridges were he rolled his eyes and told me like it was obvious. There were no price tags on anything (unlike other stores I've been to) so how was i supposed to know? When I asked about cartridges he couldn't help me because they're a waste of time because they don't get him high. Maybe he was trying to show off his tolerance but it seemed pretty arrogant and uncalled for to me.At that point I should have just left. Maybe they shove the newer employees with the worst customer service on the closing shift (I get it) but there are better places to shop around here with much better prices. My girlfriend was shocked when I told her because she said the usual guy was so friendly and helpful. Be that as it may I won't be playing "who's working today?"I will not be going back. I went in with $120 in my hand looking to get set up with a pen and some cartridges and now I will not be going back. I'll just keep my money and drive up to the Green Lady in Olympia to get twice as much for the same price, have my questions professionally answered by great employees, and not be embarrassed out of the store for having questions and being new. Shame because I live locally. Would have left a 0 star review but I'm not sure if that's possible. I don't ever give out reviews but made an exception today because it got me so upset.

Great service every time, very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. I like the flower selection, they always have really good quality top shelf available that keeps me coming back.The one criticism I have is that I feel they are usually limited in the quality cartridge selection. While they always have some available, they just don't have the variety other local stores have. Overall still my preferred store in town.

So one of the major things I love about this place is that I see one of the owners working alongside her crew. I see them take time with each customer. I love, true customer service.Even on the busy day of the year these guys did an awesome job and pertaining to each customer correctly and individually.Keep it up guys.-G

I think they are Overpriced on crusty weed. However, they have the best customer service comparatively. Their store is spacious and I don't feel rushed. Everyone seems genuinely happy to help you and they display pieces from local artists! I really hope their quality comes up if they aren't going to lower their prices. They do have inexpensive drinks though which is always worth stopping for.

I recently purchased 2 1/4 oubces and they wrre no good one was full of seeds...then when i called to voice my opinion iwas told i should be luck lucky to have gotten seeds in my bag..oh and they're worth 15 bucks a seed when i asked if they'd give me the value of the seeds i was hung up on..wont go there again.Old Toby..it was two quarter ounces.. not TWO OUNCES

I have always had the best experiences here. Very knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service. Tonight I went in and the parking lot was mostly empty. When I left a few minutes later there was a large, white cargo van with tinted windows and a dealers plate parked directly next to my drivers side. Very creepy for a female alone to have to walk to a vehicle like that! I went back inside to just wait until the van left, and the guys sweetly arranged to escort me to my vehicle. It was probably nothing to be afraid of, but that gesture ensured repeat business from me for sure!

Awesome place with great people and an array of everything Cannabis that you could ever want or need!! My husband and I have returned three times now and each time we have met a different employee but each one has been very authentic, caring and helpful, as well as very knowledgeable and familiar with the products they carry. I have metal in my back and deal with chronic pain daily, all day as well as arthritis in my knees. I want to go for homeopathic remedies as much as possible. So having a variety of items with high CBD levels has been amazing. Jesse at Old Toby's suggested Flex-All 420 and it works wonders!! I just bought a second jar of it today because I use it daily now. It works quickly too which is great. It helps me so I can focus on living, not hurting. I am grateful. I would definitely recommend Old Toby's to anyone looking for a great shop. They also have great hours so we can be in and out pretty quick if you know what you want. But all the extras are fun to drool over. :)
