I recently had a gram of wax delivered to my house. That was really cool !!! The delivery man was very pleasant. However, the prices are definitely not cool! I know people will say that you pay for quality; but I've had better quality product for half the price. 68$ for a single gram of wax is outrageous, especially when its only testing out at 58% THC :(P.S. Please stop putting synthetic terpenes in the concentrates. They are not good, and you're not fooling anyone- except for new cannabis consumers. It makes the product soupy.... and nearly impossible to deal with.

They had 5 stars from us unfortunately after our recent experience they need 1 star.We drove 40 minutes just to come and spend our money at Om of Medicine, as soon as we pulled into Ann Arbor a rain storm hit. Their parking spots were all filled up so I had to drive around while my partner went down. After I looped around he was waiting outside in the pouring rain he had asked one of the associates if he could wait in the lobby since they had no open parking spots and its pouring rain, her response was its just a little rain (it was a storm and their signs were flying everywhere and cars had to park on the sides of the streets because of how heavy the rain fall was)But its just a little rain right. He asks the associate if he could use their rest room since we just drove 40 minutes to their store and they tell him no. I completely understand the COVID situation but I'm highly disappointed. If one of our customers drove 40 minutes just to come to our store we would treat them with a little more empathy. They have amazing weed and amazing edibles that we wont take away, but unfortunately the service we got isnt worth the good bud.

Nice friendly staff willing to take the time to help you out with any questions or needs. Limited quantities but quality products. Prices are comparable to others. Order online and recieve a text when orders ready for pick up fast service and makes for a quick stop to pick up meds. Dori balm is the bomb rub on and pain melts away very impressive how well and fast it brings relief.

One of the better dispensaries I've been to in Michigan. Extremely friendly extremely knowledgeable patient and willing to answer all your questions and explain anything you need. Prices for dispensary are good an affordable has the local feel does not feel touristy like which a good thing. The grease monkey pre-roll absolutely amazing. I came up here to get treatibles for my dog which are doggie edibles to help with his pain. He was diagnosed with epilepsy 6 years ago and now due to old age she was diagnosed with liver failure and gave a short time to live and I have to say these treatibles for dogs which are a little doggie edibles absolutely to make him feel better allow him to sleep and take away all the pain the medicine don't definitely worth the $35 a bag to see my dog in less pain. Definitely will will be coming back soon highly recommend this place.

I went 1 time over A year ago. The environment was mind blowing and the staff was great. The issue was the selection was small the time I was there and parking was difficult for me. With that being said it's not with the trip or the anxiety . I'm A suburb guy and any downtown parking can be A challenge for me. I do recommend going and see how cool the environment is. If your looking for Recreational weed this is you place.

Very great staff nice product cute setup very nice inside Chad helped me thru the process as I lost my card and have to wait for my new 1 and this was my 1st experience as a rec patient..so that being said they were awesome ,helpful ,kind and very friendly .thx again staff on Jan 20,2020, thx again I'll be back very soon ...great experience...

Hidden gem in Ann Arbor and won't be for long. This was a walk in area with no line and very comfortable environment. Pick up area was amazing and I didn't mind waiting a minute till they added one of my products back in inventory. This was a great experience and a company that deserves the line. Please save yourself a long line and go to OM. I went for recreational and was much better priced then most in area. Ann arbor is also very amazing and has a great vibe.

Good place, great staff but something VERY important to note with their CBD oils. They state that drug tests will come up clean. This is not true. I was taking CBD (Papa and Barkley) and a THC test came back positive which i nearly lost my job over.If you plan on taking CBD products, please keep in mind these oils DO contain trace amounts of THC that can appear on drug tests

I went the shop this weekend for the first time with my dad who is in his 80s, and suffering from terrible back pain, and early onset Alzheimer’s. He and I had no idea what we were doing but we had simply unbelievable support kindness and guidance from Tim and the team at Om.I’m usually too busy to write reviews, but I really wanted to take a minute and thank these guys for the way they treated my father, and the amount time they spent just looking out for us Very professional staff. Beautiful facility. And great product. But none of that matters if there’s no heart. This place has heart. Not to mention it’s a really valuable and unique experience and I won’t forget it. Thank you!

Nice, clean and professional environment is why they got 2 stars. Parking and walking all the way over is a major pain. That alone is enough to shop elsewhere. When I get in, there is about a 10 minute wait. No big deal... I called and asked if they had some specific products before driving over there and when I arrived, they were not there. The guy working the front desk told me they had them when I called. The "doctor" on site kept asking what my medical conditions were and I told him several times I don't need help in that area. He really wanted to express his knowledge. He tried to give me some flower as I was leaving without a purchase but it was very poor quality. All of their flower was trash!
