Feedback:

I'd like to start with saying I have severe epilepsy and accompanying migraines all of the time. I just called to make an appointment to get my card for my epilepsy.... Debora answered. I asked what appointment times were available, probably 5 different times. Phone calls hurt, I like to spend as little time on the phone as possible. Each time I was hushed and cut off using my first name and telling me I needed to listen without even letting me finish. I have been recommended here by a friend who said good things so I brushed it off and continued to ask for the next appointment slot once again. AGAIN, I was cut off, and spoken to in the most patronizing tone I've ever heard. I honestly couldn't even remain on the call, continually asking a simple question that wasn't being answered and receiving nothing but cringey attitude. Period. I have already scheduled somewhere else and the person one the phone was SO NICE. I will not recommend this business to anyone I know. Nobody should speak to people that way in a position of customer service.
