This was by far one of the best massages I have ever got - I am a regular when it comes to getting massages but he went above and beyond to work on the issues I disclosed that I wanted to work on and since I haven’t got a massage in a few months he really reached a lot of areas in the hour we had scheduled! He definitely found a local customer in me and I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family!! He hit areas I’ve never had massaged and I’ve had probably 100+ massages !!! If I could I would rate 10 stars!!!

Benjamin has helped relieve me from my reoccurring headaches. His work is precise and deep but he checks in during the service to monitor your comfort level. I recommend adding the far infrared table sauna for additional detox and pain management. The music, ultra violet air purifier, and warm magnesium beverage enhanced the experience.

I had a chronic lower back pain that wouldn’t go away for 6 months. On the referral from a chiropractor I made an appointment with Onelove.In one 90 minute session of deep tissue massage, Ben’s skillful work alleviated the pain that nothing else could touch. The pain has not come back either—it was an intensity of 5 (out of 10) constantly and an 8 once or twice a week for that 6 months. Now 6 months later from that session maybe once or twice a month I feel it at a 2.I don’t hesitate to recommend Ben for deep tissue. He is dedicated to finding the root of the issue.

I had a massage followed by a reiki healing session, and both were absolutely amazing. I have had a lot of massages and I say with great confidence this was the best one I’ve ever had. It was also my first reiki experience, and I’m super grateful for how comfortable autumn made me feel, and how she explained everything to me. The session itself was wonderful; I could literally feel the energy running through my body as she did her work. Thank you to OneLove for an amazing experience with both the massage and reiki healing! I will be back, and will recommend to others!

Had a wonderful experience working with Benjamin in alleviating tightness within my hips and low back. Has specific skills to help decrease my long term Iliopsoas tightness. He was able to adapt techniques and pressure according to my comfort and what was necessary to improve soft tissue dysfunction. Very comfortable therapy space and experience. If you are looking for a massage therapist who is going to help you heal & improve your body, this is the place for you! Would highly recommend!

What an absolutely wonderful morning spent at Onelove Healing Arts. I began with thirty minutes in the brand new infrared sauna. Music, mindfulness mask and the healing heat of the sauna...What an incredible way to detox both physically and emotionally. The massage was not only relaxing, but super therapeutic. Ben worked months of muscle tightness from my shoulders and hips. I felt like a new person when I left. I highly recommend Onelove. I can’t wait for my next visit.

I tried a 30 minute reiki session with Autumn and felt the deepest relaxation I have ever felt in my body. It felt nourishing and rejuvenating. She helped me feel comfortable by explaining the process to me and listened to my hopes for the session and what I wanted help with. Also, the space feels clean, tidy, and welcoming. Thanks Autumn!

I don’t want another minute to go by without sharing what a fantastic experience I just had at OneLove in Hudson. I’ve had many massages in my life but this was unlike any of the rest. Benjamin was professional beyond words. The gentle and intelligent way he shared his knowledge of the body and how best to release tight, sore muscles that have for so long gone ignored, made it easy for me to put my trust in him. I feel lighter and brighter as a result of his confident and gracious hands. I’m sure that adding this treatment to my self care regimen in a monthly basis will increase my abilities on the yoga mat and chasing my 6 year old daughter around the playground. Ben is so unique. I've had 3 - 90 min. massages now and feel i can rate him fairly. His dedication is obvious in his concern for my comfort and concerns. His strengths are a sports type massage; no one can find and work out a knot like he can. The environment is relaxed and warm, an error a lot of places make. He's not one to follow a routine, I've had massages where i feel like the person is on automatic. Occasionally his traditions are abrupt, a little jarring. Hey, he's a guy. A really lovable guy. This was the best massage I've ever had! Benjamin was intuitive, personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. He focused on my problem areas, checked with me often on the pressure, and kept light, pleasant conversation. The forest sounds he played in the background enhanced the massage. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience!
