I usually don’t post a review but rather enjoy supporting local business ... wish it could of been the same for Euphoric Healing....... Possibly will give another star if the product is good... but unfortunately the customer service in a whole was very disappointing. I use local delivery services very often and spend $90 + every time....My last text message to the delivery service was... ....“ Yup, just got it.. very disappointed with the service. 2-3 hours turned into 3 1/2 hours. No update until I reached out. And then the ETA was still not met. Even after the fact, this issue is simply blown off/ let go. It would of been better from the customer standpoint to at least have a curtesy call/ text. Thank you for getting the delivery set up, stay safe, and have a great weekend.”No response .... or care. Unfortunate way to treat patients.I honestly know and believe that I was more than patient..... I highly doubt these 5 star reviews are from regular patient's that are experiencing similar situations.
