Very happy with how I get treated over on the medical side. Everyone I have worked with has been very helpful in guilding me in my decisions. Never had to wait for more than 15-20 minutes. Stock seems consistent lots of OPTIONS! I think the prices and deals stay competitive with other nearby dispensaries (medical). Only thing that keeps you guys from getting 100% of my business is the fact you don't accept debit/credit..

Take your money elsewhere. They do not appreciate the local business keeping them open. Tall bald employee is rude to everyone. Levels on sheridan has better selection, deals and cooler workers. You will find hairs of all kinds in your weed when you buy from options. No attempts to improve.

I've been to this store twice. The first time was fine, but today was incredibly disappointing. I specifically asked the woman I spoke to (around 2:30pm - I'm in the customer support industry so I believe in accountability) to please ensure I purchased a cartridge with a certain mouthpiece. My husband bought me a cartridge from this same location and it worked so well. Most of them get clogged and leak - but this one didn't. So I came back today, with the mouthpiece I wanted, and made it clear that I wanted that same mouthpiece. The woman told me that I had limited choices and presented about five options, but assured me that the mouthpiece would be the same that I was requesting. I was thankful for her guidance and waited to open the package until I got home - only to find that it had the exact mouthpiece I didn't want. I returned on the same day and was told that I could not get a reimbursement or exchange because the product had already left the store and been opened. Lucky me, I got 20% off my NEXT purchase and it's indicated by some scribble written on the back of my receipt. Anybody could have written it. Not worth a return visit.

i could literally write a love letter to this dispensary. it's my favorite by far in the state and i am fortunate enough to live nearby. highlights:🌟 great flower🌟 good baseline prices🌟 awesome med and member prices🌟 solid loyalty points system🌟 incredible budtendersi've been going here for ages and loved it, but during the pandemic this has become an even more important place to me. on a weekly basis, i buy groceries and weed. buying groceries stresses me out, but getting bud is a treat. it's always high quality and well priced.the staff is always masked and gloved. they quickly and kindly correct any behavior that deviates from safety guidelines. they're also very patient, kind, interesting people. i have never had a bad experience here. everyone has the nicest vibes - i'm not even talking about customer service. they are genuinely good people who care that they're helping people with their work.this is the best dispensary. no question. thank you for all you do 💖

What a disappointment! Do not go here. Their ATM machine was broken, and I had to go next door. That was ok, but when I got home and tried their product, I was extremely disappointed. My boyfriend who didn't sample the product said it smelled like cheap old weed. I purchased a pre-rolled, and it is some of the worst flower I have ever smoked. I'm mad I wasted my money.

Unfortunately one individual and the lack of customer service particularly with the employee named Kevin don’t at all seem to care about returning customers being told it’s okay we don’t have your business we will make it up with other customers. I’ve been coming here since you opened. I won’t be returning back again.

At 4:06pm on 11/07/2019 I called to ask about products and the lady that answered the phone was short and snappy while telling me she didn't have what I was looking for (PatPen CBD/THC hybrid cartridge). When I asked if she had any similar products, she didn't respond, sighed and hung up the phone on me. What a way to bring business in. Thanks but I'll pass on stopping in here and take my business elsewhere...

This place is decent, the only problem I have is I bought a product (shatter), went home, opened it and saw it was saturated in and spread all on the paper. It was less than 2 hours until I came back with the product unused. I believe there is a sign once you get past security that says you can do a exchange if you have the receipt and the product, but I guess that is not the case if the manager deems the product is okay. Better places to go for better deals that will check the product before ushering you out the door

Place has been okay with discounted edibles on Monday till I finally had rewards to claim. So he rings up my stuff and asks for 99.50. I pay n think nothing of it. Read receipt its 90.50! And no sign of my $10 off from rewards. He kept insisting it's done on the total but only thing shown was 20% edibles. Nothing else. If they offer Ten bucks off it should read so on your receipt. Not 7 and tell me its taxes. Shady. Stroopwaffels 5 bucks more here than basic 20 for all edibles elsewhere. Last visit probably. No manager to discuss it with. I feel I'm owed $10 back rewards.
