My first time ever coming to this dispensary and I didnt have a good experience. Honestly I got the worse "top" shelf I've ever seen since I've been here in Colorado. I payed full price for a half just for the whole thing to be full of seeds. I will never come back to this dispensary. I feel like I got robbed for the amount I paid for the quality I got.

I live in Louisville and although I have several dispensaries by me, I drive into Boulder just to go to Options. To start, all the girls that work here are amazing, they're always warm and friendly. The budtenders are all amazing too, I love how they remember me and they truly care for their customers. You guys have an amazing rewards program too, please never change that! :)

This is my favorite dispensary in all of Boulder. There are a few things that make this place quite exceptional. First the bud is always really good and their deals make it super adorable. The price I can't harp enough is so much better than others. And lastly why I absolutely will never go any other place BECAUSE THE PEOPLE! Only the most amazing people work here and help perfectly. So thank you to, Quinn, James, Cassie, Christina, Teal, manager Cassie and clay!!!. Thank you for making my experience pleasant every time.

Best of dispo in Boulder!!!! Great prices, daily specials, and they grow all their own flower which is A++ quality. Love resin specials two days a week for 20$ a gram out the door for CSC diamonds and terp sauce (I can’t even get that price medical!!!) this is my new favorite dispensary and the best part never a wait and chill vibe and cool people that work there. This is my new dispo! I enjoy quality, not like mag road lol

The weed is okay. Not the best in boulder but it’s fine, better then terrapin or MMJ. Had a disappointing experience where the power went out. At first staff was reassuring us to stay and that it would be fixed fast, we were understanding and patient but after some time we all decided to leave. Once we told them we were leaving they told us they had no clue how long it would take for the problem to be fixed. I asked if I could get a discount for next time because of the unpleasant experience and they said no. I will not be shopping here any longer... not because the power went out but because the lack of honest communication & the lack of consciousness towards the customer. I work in the industry and I know it’s possible to grant a customer a discount or at least offer a voucher for a penny joint for the inconvenience .Edit in response to reply: I am very unimpressed with that response. Central, north and south boulder still had power, it certainly wasn’t ‘most of boulder’. It seemed to really only affect your strip and the closest traffic light, I would hardly call one block most of boulder. When the power outage first happened your employees were very confused. I even said ‘if this were me at my dispo I would get everyone outside’ which they then did do 5 minutes later. I haven’t been in the industry that long and even I know the second the cameras go off, get people out! Your employees were too busy speculating why a battery powered computer wouldn’t have shut off in a power outage while open weed jars were left between customer and employees in the dark. It’s also very confusing that you didn’t have any coupons available because the manager was on the phone. Seems that there is no correlation between the two. It would have taken no trouble at all for one of the employees to have written down our names for a coupon whenever next available. I am disabled and the whole situation ended up wasting a lot of time and energy in my day.

Impressed with the wide selection, very nice shop setting, and some TOP DRAWER flower puts the cherry on top for this place. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with a budtender named Justin? He patiently showed me ever strain that caught my eye even though I was only in shopping for a single gram of concentrate. He also happily answered any questions that popped into my mind. Almost forgot, they even had Forbidden Fruit in the house doing some EPIC deals on all they Dried Fruit Edibles !! I will definitely be back to this shop!! You guys ROCK!

The aesthetics of the store is one of the first thing to grab you when you walk into the bud tending room. Excellent placement of lighting matched with the warm welcome of the stuff. Now let’s get to the real talk of the goods. Definitely some of the better nug I have found in Boulder, seems like they do a really good curing process. 10 out of 19 would recommend.

I have gone here for years. Used to love this place. I made the mistake of asking if they were going to have more variety and the bud lady got offended and spent the rest of the time smouldering and put on a big B face. You guys have the best and easiest job. If u cant smile and show appreciation to customers who have stuck with you for years and instead act entitled and rude your customers should go somewhere more chill. Down with the angst!
