ZERO customer service awareness - no gloves and rude budtenders who dont want to keep your business...mediocre nugs mediocre price ...only one girl is chill there and she should be able to fire and hire new people bc atleast shes nice .i was going to buy an 80$ bong here and they didnt have a bag or box to put it in ...too bad they cant. Just smile

Great flower good prices good edibles and cheap the only reason I gave it a 3 because the wait time here is ridiculous there usually 2 bud tenders “working “ ones serving customers then the other two are just standing around doing employee shopping this is one of the slowest shops around and it sucks because I love the flower and deals they offer

Long time customer. I usually am well taken care of, but the other day I received the wrong product from the same bud-tender I always have problems with. Everyone else is knowledgeable and friendly. She has zero knowledge of weed and cannot make a single recommendation or even put the label on straight. Also, this bud-tender is not friendly/helpful/knowledgeable. I generally love this place, but cannot and will not allowed myself to be served by someone who has consistently been rude. I'm just gonna wait for the next bud-tender. If this is gonna be a problem, I can find another dispensary. Not gonna tip for sub-par service anymore cause I feel guilty cause I'm a service worker who relies on tips as well and I dont want the other bud-tenders to be impacted (all of whom are knowledgeable and friendly, except the one). Seriously, get rid of the weak link. She doesn't care and makes me reconsider shopping there. You know who I am talking (nice blonde manager). Please protect your brand.

Before I get into my complaint I will say this is my favorite dispensary and that's not changing. But I will say I was incredibly disappointed in the false advertising on their website. While looking for extracts the website only listed about 6% of their selection. Also they did not even have inventory of the product that I drove to the store to purchase. Beyond that they did not have a comparable product for anything less than twice the price. It is the first time I've been disappointed with this dispensary but I definitely field that they should have made it right since I drove all the way down there for a product that they advertised in stock that wasn't there.

I went in for the $75 oz but despite their deal I'm never coming back here again. This was the worst weed I've ever seen come out of a dispensary. The weed tastes so bad its almost unbearable. The quality doesn't seem to be as advertised and it wasn't even trimmed. I had to mix weed from green mart with it just to get myself to smoke it

Average store. The prices aren’t bad but they don’t keep a decent stock. If you’re medical they make you pay tax, which sounds illegal to me. Inconsistent information depending on who the bud-tender is. This was my third time coming in here and I was greeted with complaints about the budtenders home life while he was frantically texting on his phone and didn’t even say hello. I thought this was my new place but not anymore.

I absolutely love this place and come in basically weekly. But I have got to say the Blonde girl is so loud and unpleasant makes me come back less and less. She completely ruins the vibe and is very unprofessional. Would definitely be in more if she wasn’t or at least toned it down, your the manager not a performer..

What an amazing bad experience. 3 minutes and both employees were rude and bitter. Nevermind i was just trying to get a preroll. I was close by and have tried this place now 3 times. All 3 times i was left very disappointed in the service, selection, price, and staff. Blooming deals, westside wellness, even electric lettuce has been better than this place.

This place has turned around since the new management came. I guess about a few months ago the changes started to happen. I believe that before I would have strong led to give this place a 4 but now, I wish there were six stars!!! Rated best selection and price in the Beaverton Hillsboro district. Needless to mention, I had been out seeking a parting job dropping off my OLCC and happened to look through many shops and their prices. Also the customer service!!!!!!
