Honestly this store deserves no stars. The workers are racist and completely rude. Especially the lady with red hair. Been going to the Clackamas store for years and I have never been so disappointed after I was screamed at by the lady with red hair saying they can’t help me because my kids were in the car with their dad. Then I called and asked to speak with the manager and was told there was no manager working at all today. So I asked for a higher up or corporate information so I could contact them and then all of a sudden there was a manager available. The manager Jay was highly disrespectful and absolutely rude because his worker lied and said I was screaming on the phone. I will be contacting news stations and more to get out that this place is terrible. Absolutely ridiculous.

Seeds, bad lighting, threats works about getting fired, they take down bad reviews ,and beive people to write good reviews so make them look good. I feel bad for the workers, they tell me a lot about how Chad and upper management threats them bad. And makes them work on lunch. I would not shop at this place or send my enemy into Obc. The OLCC needs to stop in a do a inspection on the place and company management

Tried the pick up service. After two hours of waiting for a half oz I had to call to find out they didn't have what I wanted. An employee suggested another strain and said it would be ready right away. When I arrived I was told I still had to wait in line ( a massive one at that) directly contradicting what the company advertises as a "skip the line" service. I was also given a bad attitude from the employee like I was an inconvenience. I've spent literally thousands here in the last two years but that will be my last visit. Decent bud for good prices but definitely do not do the pick up service. Pretty disappointed in how I was treated considering the same employee is usually a decent guy

I love this place because of the variety, price and customer service. They have a great variety of top shelf, and even offer 3-4 different strains for $60 ounces, sometimes. They also offer a variety of deals throughout the week, and if you know when to go, you can score some of the top shelf for about the same price as the lower numbered strains. There's usually a line, but that's a sign of good business and worth the wait in my opinion. When all they have is shake left, they took the time (with a line behind us)to pick the stems out of the shake for me. The manager, or who I believe is the manager, is always super informative and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this dispensary. I almost didn't want to write this review, because I don't want them to jack the prices up once everyone discovers this gem.

Surprised of the poor, rude, service I received tonight. I've been buying here pretty much since they opened and the staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful except tonight. THIS guy was rude right from the moment I stepped up to the counter so I left without spending a dime. There's multiple shops within a short distance so really, all you have to sale is service.

Awesome deals for happy hour! Happy hour is 4:20 to 7:20 so quite a window there for you to shake, rattle and Roll one up!$5 grams, hell of a deal! And staff is super friendly and super knowledgeable, of course that stands to reason with years of experience. LOL go on over and see them sometime. This place never disappoints! I buy sativa for my wife and Shaun walked me through their options with expertise and professionalism. I've yet to purchase all of the multitude of products they offer, but will definitely be back to go through them all. Plus they have great daily specials and a happy hour. I just had the absolute best experience here! I walked in and was immediately greeted with the best customer service and Bobby taught me a lot with the different brands of concentrate and why I would like each one! He’s super knowledgeable and is a great bud tender! Everyone that works here has it going on and I will forever come to you guys because of it! Thank you soooo much Bobby and Shaun! Budtender Bobby Thornton was so helpful to a excited newbie Cannabis Medical Card holder and Tourist from Florida. He was the best...set me up with the best bud, gave me the scoop about the buying and other rules and even told me where I could buy a little glass pipe to use right around the corner May the Oregon Spirit live long and prosper!

I've been visiting here, as well as the Beaverton location for a year now. The buds are always diverse, high grade and the staff is great at making recommendations and have a good passion for their job. Some of the strains are not to everyones liking but if you get the Pineapple Train wreck or Bruce Banner cuts when they're in stock, its amongst the best in the Portland metro area. Always friendly and nice lounge. Good prices on glass and such too. And now they have some new deals at Happy Hour!!! Love it here, stop by every week and I love that they now have their own grow which is phenom quality!!
