Purchased a bottle of Doctor Terpine Sleep pills for $48 from this place while staying in Albany. Few days later both my wife and I noticed they weren't working at all...like nothing. So I read the entire label and noticed this bottle was made 8/23/18. I called NovaForm who makes the product which was interesting enough and they said to call Oregon Cannabis Co. to see if they would return or exchange it. So I called Oregon Cannabis Co. and while friendly they didn't know what to say or do about any store policy and took my name and # to have a manager call me back which never happened. Would have been better off spending $48 on Flintstone Vitamins or PEZ

Purchased products from here several times now, every time I left with a fairly negative experience. This last time will now be my last, I paid a decent amount for a product marked in their case to have a fairly high thc content only to arrive home and read the label that the product had no where near the amount advertised. This shop also charges $1 every single visit for a bag, out of all the many dispensaries I’ve gone to it’s the only one to do so. This isn’t a huge deal, it’s only a $1, but the employees badger you about it as well. The pricing is fair to the market but never an amazing deal. The shop while it looks nice has a very funky layout that has you walk the entire store to view their products. Overall every time I go in hopeful I’ll have a better experience then the last and it just doesn’t happen. I won’t be returning, I’d give 1 star but the employees are still friendly and that’s the only redeeming quality in my opinion.

Waaaaaaaay overpriced. Concentrates I can get elsewhere for $20-$25 they are selling for $30-$40 per gram! I recommend shopping around other places offer better discounts and point systems to get discounts . yet I wasn't even offered a first-time customer discount. In a world where you do have options this is not mine. It's Litteraly the most expensive dispensary with the exact same products as everywhere else.

UPDATE:I have updated this review to 5-star after talking to the owner.The owner went above and beyond to make sure this situation was handled in a way that was professional and respectful. Thank you.----------To add on to Karen Guthreau's review this was also my go-to spot.I had also been here approx two week prior but did not have any issues. However, today was the exact opposite. The lady behind the counter, who's name I did not get, yelled at me. Even another customer in the room made a comment to me about her biting my head off.I will go to literally ANY other place at this point.

One of my favorite dispensaries, if not my favorite. I enjoy coming here because of the staff and their good energy! The smell of the store is relaxing, very clean, pretty modern but I see they are making big improvements (parking, etc.) Last, they have a really good selection (higher quality and lower quality) which you can find on Leafly or just simply come in!

This review I the culmination of three visits a week for 2 years.I moved to Oregon from a non legal state and I ended up at this dispensary first. It must have been obvious it was my first time because the service was so phenomenal or at least I thought the service was that good just because I was new but they have held that standard for two years and that’s across all of the staff. So the service gets an A+ But now let’s talk quality of the flower they are selling with a great selection (one time out of two years have I walked away empty handed) of high end and low end you will almost always find a quality bud for 5 bucks a gram the one time the 5 dollar bud was “bad” they let me know ahead of time what to expect (it was real dry flower) and have never tried to sell me some BS every recommendation I have taken from them is a slam dunk.Flower quality A+.TLDR: Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that seem genuine and not just robots doing there job, great price points that will get you high without breaking the bank!

They are higher priced then most if not all in the state. update: It is odd they are not refuting that they are higher-rather a justification pay higher for pot- and holes. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Eugene is 45 min away and will save you 200$. Or google seasons. you lost a star....and a customer. (i can not be more detailed with out violating the law as I know it). paying for top bud should never break the bank. those days are over. We vote with your wallets my 420 friends- do u want to pay for a pretty display and a new exhaust or put that money into bud?

I suffer from PTSD and reintegration syndrome after spending seven years out in the noting wilderness of Alaska. It is hard for me to be around people. Yet, the atmosphere at Oregon Cannabis feels very comfortable and low key. The prices are fair, the staff seemed very knowledgable when I asked them about an obscure strain and I have never felt hassled or rushed by staff or other customers. After sampling several of the dispensaries in town I now shop here exclusively for my high.

HUGE selection! Over 100 strains usually, tons of edibles, cartridges and extracts. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Willamette Valley area or passing through Oregon on I-5.Also check out their new CBD-only store right next door!

👽 💨 I have reviewed this place before and my review was deleted for some bias reason. I will review it again. Very friendly and helpful staff. I did have a problem a while back getting a pre-roll that was half a joint. And recently I bought some flower that had powdery white mold on the flower. Upon my return I notified them of this and was given a 10% discount on my new purchase, which in all honesty I should’ve got it free. The parking lot and outside of the building definitely needs some TLC. Inside of the store is clean, nice and bright.Good selection of flower from budget to out of your budget, well at least mine! I will keep coming here because I like the customer service. But if my review mysteriously disappears again I’ll have to reconsider!I would recommend
