I never thought I would do this for a weed company, but I would want to know this as a consumer. This was my third time ordering from them and I was pretty bummed at the shady marketing and lack of customer service.5 stars for delivery DRIVERS. -5 stars for management and transparency. Ordered a couple live resin cartridges, and they brought 60% DISTILLATE 40% live resin. Nowhere on their website did it say any kind of blend at all it just said straight up live resin.When I called to let them know, they didn't care at all, and explained that it's because there is live resin IN IT that they call it that. Less than HALF is LR!!! If it WERE a blend, it would be DISTILLATE BLEND! but still, it never said blend on the website, just LIVE RESIN EXTRACT.PLEASE LABEL DISTILLATE!No exchanges, no refunds! No "hey here's 20% off ur next visit, sorry about that and thanks for bringing it to our attention" or like a $10 coupon or a free pre-roll on next order even lolololol nothingHow is anyone supposed to trust what they are getting is actually what is advertised?if you do order from here, get some VIOLA and support black owned cannabis, or check out GREEN MUSE or BUDDING CULTURE to support black owned dispensaries. The only dispencery in town that never disappoints. I always get the best attention, bud selection and prices as well. Mod is such a great budtender! She always hit the right notes when I come in and knows exactly what flower will help me. I have a lot of anxiety, which at times drives me away from bud, but since I've been coming here I've been able to fully embrace bud once again. If she is in, I recommend having her be your budtender :) Thank you Mod!

Delivery service is terrible just go in. I ordered at 1 In the afternoon just to be strung along until 7 pm that my order was on its way. Just to find out they canceled my order and never told me, and gave me false information. Wasted my entire day. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else . Clearly need some work with this delivery system.

I placed an order online which was accepted, and approved by their website and waited 3 hours with nothing but a confirmation email then when I called to check the status of the order they tell me they cancelled my order because the address wasn't within range of delivery and no one contacted me and now I waiting 3 hours just to be told we canceled your order and got hung up on. And it's too late to go to another store. Unreliable, unprofessional

If I could give 0 Stars I would this place took forever for my delivery the 1st 2 times the 3rd time they didn't even come they claimed they called me but they didn't they were rude over the phone I waited 6hrs for them to tell me they won't deliver it. I have a medical card for pain and my aunt for her seizures. When you medically need something you shouldn't get the run around.

Green Gratitude is hands down my favorite Southeast Portland marijuana dispensary! 🤣 They consistently stock a great selection of high quality flower from reputable local growers. Cannabis extracts & concentrates are available as well as your favorite oil cartridges from companies, but not limited to Select Strain & PAX. But with the mass influx of what seems to be a never-ending parade of different canna-based extracts from just as many distributors it's all but impossible to maintain an inventory wholly representative of the increasingly competitive concentrate sector. Green Gratitude's selection of cannabis flower is second to none. Whomever is in charge of the vetting & purchasing of which products Green Gratitude sells does an amazing job! Not only does Green Gratitude maintain an impressive variety of recreational & medical marijuana products but they also employ some of the most friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable staff that I've come across in a dispensary. Too often am I disappointed with the horrible lack of customer service that im subjected to in most OTHER dispensaries. So, the smiling, upbeat & friendly staff at Green Gratitude are ALWAYS a breath of fresh air! Keep up the great work! Called 10 dispensaries.Green Gratitude was the most expensive in ALL 6 strains we inquired about.Many strains were 124.oo per oz on average, but Green Gratitude wanted over 240.oo!!Don't let these jerks steal your hard earned money!!!!!

Terrible customer service, have given me the wrong product numerous occasions, pocketed tips and then smiled (I shouldn't have to tell them to give me change every time and it makes me not want to tip at all) , and the final thing (I am a patient person and always try to let them make it right, I've gone through them for a few years) was 4 hours after I placed my delivery one night, they placed "Order completed" through by text at 8:35 pm. I had not received my order but had called them at 6:30 (ordered at 4:44) they said it was on the way. I had received one call that day, (I'm in the midst of moving, which they know about and have asked about every delivery as well. They have texted and left me voicemails in the past, but all day I received the one call, and not from the store even. I called them IMMEDIATELY after I got the text and they said "I should not EXPECT them to leave again" ( I had not mentioned that at all) and they said "It was a miscommunication. I live in a small apartment and stay near the door with deliveries, and have NEVER had an issue before this with contact from delivery persons not being able to reach me. Another employee who was not the delivery driver , and was also not working that night , told me via phone that "the delivery person knocked" which they did not, and the assistant manager would not listen to me without interrupting. I explained I placed my order , it was not some accident , and only expected that it be treated by a business with the same deliberation. If they could not reach me, the store could have called. They didn't . They have texted before. They didn't . They also placed: Order Completed,. which it was not. Lastly, they refused to put me in contact with their manager so I could tell her what happened and I was offered "some points next time" . Also I was hung up on after requesting the manager's business contact information. I was treated with the rudest of customer "service" and I have never taken the time out of my day to write such a long and exhausting novel, but I hope someone reads it. This was not ok.

Best weed delivery in Portland! They're quick, helpful, deliver the same day, and don't even charge a delivery fee. What could be better than legal marijuana delivered straight to your door! He gets that this is medicine and patients need to trust it like "Big Pharma" let us OMMP patients down and Big Tobacco already made these claims in the 1900s, so ... We are looking for SOLUTIONS NOT DRUGS!!! WHEN YOU SEE KEMPER GIVE HIM A GRREEATT BIG HUG AND A TIP FOR THAT WINNING SMILE HE ALWAYS HAS!!!!! 😊
