I live up the block, but I only go to this dispo when I’m in a pinch. They don’t have a big selection what they do have is pretty overpriced. Particularly cartridges ($80grams!) I’ve noticed. Staff aren’t very helpful with recommendations and generally aren’t that friendly. Today the girl helping me was super low energy and kinda seemed annoyed. There are plenty of other dispos I’d rather go to, but I appreciate the option in my neighborhood.

Needed something fast ,I was impressed at how fast they were ! No joke, within 2 minutes I got what I wanted and was on my way.but the downer the the seed in the weed...u never know how much hassle 1 seed can be till ur rolling a joint in a car and have to fish it out of a thin floppy rolling paper. Boom. It's all on the floor board. Called and they said they'd " keep an eye out." Lol. Like the seeds r burglars.!ha! Honestly , a part of me was thinking" it would be really upstanding if they gave me a gram of thier finnest dab to make it right...

Usually we have great experiences with budtenders at dispensaries. Unfortunately this time, we didn't. The person was low energy and unhelpful, almost judging us for being there. We almost put our purchases away and left. Not sure what we did to inconvenience this person so much, but it definitely started our day off pretty terribly. Much less likely to go back as a result even though we live in the neighborhood.

This is my favorite weed shop in Portland. I like it because the house is nice and the atmosphere is good. The girl at the desk is super classy, and it makes it all the better when shopping knowing I'm around proper people who conduct themselves well. Excellent selections of herb, excellent service, clean tidy dispensary. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Upon my vacation from Nor Cal, I used to live in this exact neighborhood pretty awesome dispensary, I was tended to pretty quickly but wasn’t sure the person helping was that helpful.. I ended up purchasing a topical that didn’t really seem affective but whatever, the person also didn’t seem to be that interested in helping, I probably wouldn’t come back myself, but give them a shot who knows *shrug* we’re all different.

I have been a biweekly customer until this past visit. I purchased some edibles from the recommendation of the guy working. I got ready to dig in and they are melted an inedible. Took them back and they won’t let me exchange for another product per OLCC. I know the OLCC is business but they know me. I was told they would pass my number to the owner. Ya right? Don’t go there unless you buy flower. Their edibles are not refrigerated.

this neighborhood location is perfect for me. 23rd Street has a great feel! This neighborhood is worth visiting for a happening time. I often eat and shop and now I can easily get good bud. these owners and staff are super friendly! and the bud tenders know their business too. The bud was fresh, smelled great and smoked as advertised. I loved it!!I'm going to go back soon -

I suppose out of all the dispensaries I've tried in and near downtown Portland, this is the best.They finally started regularly updating their Leafly menu, even including the pertinent percentages data (they avoided doing this before). The six-tiered pricing system is weird, but so long as the bottom two offer at least one >20% THC strain I don't even need to care.If you work in the neighborhood you get a discount, too! I don't even think they know exactly what the discount's supposed to be, but so far I've been getting a dollar off my grams.

Staff always seemed to be overly high and not very knowledgeable on products. I never seem to get the correct change from the stoners working behind the counter. Flower is always dry and low quality. (Even top shelf) Owner should bring in staff that knows about the pot industry and products/farms...and not 21 year old stoners with no experience.

Recently went into this dispensary and purchased some rather expensive oil marijuana joints. Purchased two paid $48 for two joints. When I arrived home it appeared that they gave me the display model because one of the two joints was missing. I immediately called and told them my name and what happened and they responded by telling me that they would put one with my name on it to pick up next time I came to their location. When I told them that there was sharpie pen markings on the lid in the box they immediately told me that I had a display model. I explained to them that I did not live in the area was a patient in a commercial grower and did not have much time to come into town. Today I stoped by to pick up my CBD joint that I already paid for and was informed that no action was taken and that I was not to get what I was told, nor was I to receive a refund. They actually blamed me the customer, at that point I decided not to purchase the hundred dollars of other products I was about to purchase and simply told them that this was very concerning and walked out. This dispensary has quite literally ripped me off. I'll be calling my financial institution on Monday and disputing the ATM charge for the lobby. I don't trust them nor do I trust their products or staff. Buyer beware! You can't believe that, what they advertise to be in the package is actually in the package. The staff were unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I wouldn't recommend this dispensary to anybody for anything their prices are extremely high which I was willing to deal with but now their service is horrible too. Wow, double negative. I've been lied to and disrespected when I entered in to the store to pick up what they told me I should come to pick up. It definitely does not make it worth going to this establishment. They are definitely not trustworthy and you you just can't feel comfortable shopping there. Been in the growing and distribution industry via OMMP for over a decade and these people by far should not be in business. Instead of doing the right thing, immediately they made me feel like less of a customer. Because they failed to do their jobs it was my fault and I should lose out on what I paid for. This doesn't even make sense. They fell short of their commitment to me after I paid for their product and didn't receive it. I'm appalled with their service and I'm just trying to warn anybody out there that enjoys this industry to watch out for these people you cant trust them and they don't do ethical business.
