I've been going here for a while due to its convenient location but that will change after today. Pulled up at 5 past 9am (When it was supposed to be open) to find another gentleman waiting ahead of me. No open light and no sign of anyone, the man mentioned that he called and was instructed to wait until they opened. A second call, knocking and 25 minutes later, the door finally opened. When the man in front of me asked as he was checking out, if there'd be a discount for having to wait 30 minutes, he was told "Oh, no sorry man we just had a slow morning"Not sure of another industry that would get a "Pass" for being late 30 minutes to open with employees that show zero remorse for it. This is the 3rd time I have had this happen albeit the most extreme case. Owner lives out of state so clearly the employees run the show however they see fit. Find a better, more reliable respensary

I bought my first ever cartridge and battery here for vaping. I was given options for a few and told them I'm unaware of this realm and just want something that works. Welp, what they sold me didn't fit together at all which I discovered upon arriving home. Today I tried to exchange it for one that does work. Instead, after a brief back and forth, I was told that they can give me a 10% coupon but they won't do anything about the wrong battery being sold to me. I now understand why this is the worst reviewed dispensary in the area. That's some low quality customer service, especially when two different employees made a point to sell me this stuff the day prior. Their excuses and way of handling it were ridiculous. I won't be back here. I recommend you search elsewhere as well.

these guys are swinging swindlers they took took it in accordance to tip themselves $5 they charge me 25 for the eighth but when I got home I found out they had took $30 so watch out everybody these guys are crooks that'll be the last time we go there and this is the Second time....and it wasn't five dallors it was 3 dallors they tipped themselvesbut that's my hard-earned money and if I want to tip you I will you don't just take the money out of my card and say it's day

No! No! Plenty of other places in the area to spend your money stay away! Everyone has good weed but not good service if you want to keep your high and I think about the terrible service you went to I think you should try another place. And delivery gives you the runaround for 2 and 1/2 hours. Goodness just tell the truth and be out front terrible terrible service. Low quality bud

Unfortunately the manager has very little manager skills in hiring, communication and customer service. He does how ever know how to make a customer feel belittled.. also he does know how to waste patrons time. He said that my purchase was not in the system. But then tried to as well explain to his owner that the employee who sold me the wrong product for my pen no longer worked there. Then aggressively showed his best attempt at being the worst part of my day. I get the laws you have to abid by.. but your manners were just wrong. You plain just HURT my feelings. I hope you never get treated the way you treated me ..

The best bud tender around, he is always knowledgeable no matter if you are looking for flower, dabs, edibles,or anything else that you might want, oh yeah pay attention when"Will" recommends as he is always spot on!!!!So stop in and see Will I promise you won't be sorry, I'm positive that he will make your worst day better!!! Terrible customer service. The guys seem to b busy/helping customers. Old lady was apparently just there to stand around, n not help NEW customers. Could barely get a greeting from her, no offer to help me or even the check my ID!!! Must b nice to b able to afford to ignore new business. They must rather have me choose a different dispensary!!

Budtenders are hit and miss. Not all hired are for flowers, but this isn't a bad thing. I went in on a day where the only budtenders available was the oil guy (Who said something along the lines of 'I only know about oil. I don't know why they keep having me budtend.'), and a new guy. The new guy that did assist me was very knowledgable and I ended up getting some of the frosty Purple Punch. This was a couple of weeks ago, but so far it's my favorite shop. Close too!
