Herb can be purchased anywhere Excellent Customer Service....Well I honestly believe in Loyalty. Organic Alternitives. Blows my mind! Oh .... They treat me like they have been waiting for me... I can't go anywhere else..Everybody else pails in comparison. I enjoy being treated Special . Organic Alternitives.. There is no alternitve!

Definitely one of the better priced places in Fort Collins for the quality. I also noticed at some point I was missing some rewards points. Not a big deal and most dispensaries would have told me I was out of luck for past purchases. Rob told me he would go in and fix it, I told him it wasn’t a big deal and I could see they were super busy. After I left I got notifications of the points being added to my account. I really appreciate Robs due diligence! Next time I stopped in he remembered me and even asked if I had seen the points that he added! Way to go Rob! Top notch customer service!*Also I love that they are wiping things down in between customers and taking precautions and keeping not only the customers but the employees safe! I have not seen this at any of the other dispensaries I’ve visited in the last few months!

The best dispo in town. Cleanest, best vibes, most professional, best quality bud! Only place I will continue to go to, hands down, and give MATT A RAISE! Always makes us feel so awesome, he takes the time to get to know and remember customers. Love OA FOREVER, love the curbside pickup option we can ride up on our bikes, very clean and safe!! This is the only dispo you should go to! Highly recommend

IT’S ALL ABOUT GREAT TRUSTI’m a huge fan of Organic Alternatives. The owner and management do their due diligence related to marijuana laws and regulations. They make me feel very confident I’ll never have legal problems related to medical marijuana. In addition, their budtenders are supreme! They truly know their products and I trust their recommendations completely. I was young during the skunk-weed years and know trash from treasure. What a treat it is to shop OA, the true treasure of marijuana dispensaries.

The products are decent and they seem to have a lot of options and deals. However I know nothing about weed, strains, or aanything of the sort. I'll mention this to whoever ends up helping me so the can give a recommendation and every time any guy staff has helped me they will be rude, impatient, or visibly annoyed rush me. It's happened to me 3 different times with 3 different guys on the staff. I enjoyed the product but haven't gone back because the in store experience was unpleasant. I am a female and maybe I look like a stoner and that's why they don't take me seriously, hopefully the rest of you have better experiences than I.

This place is an absolute wonder. It Was my first time being in a dispensary. I did my research and this had the best reviews. But I still had some speculations. First off, I got Matt as my budtender and he was a joy, very informative, smart, super chill, and funny. Got me sorted out real quick even tho I did not know what i wanted!😅 Also the people up front were just as chill and welcoming. They made my first experience the best i had imagined. I would recommend to anyone who wants quality product, mixed with great service! (Plus you can't beat their amazing smells as soon as you open the door) thanks again to everyone at organic making my time there memorable! First class people, service, product, and business.

Was helped today by Matt. His service was amazing he seemed to know everything about the products and which ones were best. At most shops people try to sell me the more expensive things but Matt recommended some very reasonably priced carts which are better and cheaper than the ones I normally get . Even though I don’t live near here I’ll be coming back from now on.

I'm at a bit of a loss around where to start with this unbelievably excellent shop. Here are just a few things:Their shop is clean and professional and yet warm and welcoming. Their staff is second to none for attention to your wants/needs. Their expertise is profound. Far more important than that, they know their own limits. If you ask a question of a staff member and they don't have the best possible answer, they will immediately go to another staff member who does in order to ensure that what you get is as close to perfect as they can make it.If this is your form of recreation, you need to be coming to this shop. Once you do, you'll see that they're in a league all of their own.

I am a veteran, currently battling severe back pain and figured I would give edibles a shot because prescription pain killers are not what I want to use and they haven’t been working. I was greeted when I came in, thanked for my service and received a discount which is awesome. The building is awesome and has such a nice boutique feel and you are not just a number that is pushed through a grinder like most places and that make the experience so much nicer. This establishment has officially became my favorite dispensary in town! I was in on Wednesday and was extremely pleased with the calm atmosphere, the quality & array of products, and most importantly the amazing quality of there customer service from Matt (the epic mustache dude) who helped me find exactly what I needed in a kind professional manner. I will definitely be back!
