The mom and pop cannabis shopLike a great corner market in your neighborhood, Mission Organics lights up the middle of the block with its lime-green glowstick paint job, its bright beckoning neon, its easy charm. Open early, open late. Clean, quick, and chock full of flower, edibles, drinks, & treats galore. Happy Hours. Good parking. Safe. A knowledgeable and exceptionally cool staff: genuinely helpful to those dealing with cancer (as I know first-hand), and patient with all patients. Mission Organics is a true San Francisco original. Oh ya, delivery too.

Cool place even with the whole pandemic happening everyone was cool. A decent selection from low grade cannabis to top shelf. All types of edibles Security outside were cool and respectful. My bud tender happened to be a spanish female which I felt she wasn’t educated enough on cannabis. Didn’t know anything about the strains she was selling me. I also felt a bit rushed. Besides that I liked the experience

Made an order directly from the website and they offered no tracking information, text or call updates. Placed order at 1pm and order arrived at 4:45pm. Website advertises “ultra-fast delivery time” during Shelter in Place. Driver parked across the street and hung out in car for 10 minutes while making eye contact with me before exiting the car.Called store and spoke with Allie to state that the delivery time was unacceptable being so late with no updates and she states that she was the only person working at the store and they wouldn’t be able to offer any discounts or credit. Store owner Jeff is not reachable and only works a few days out of the week from 8am-3pm.Disappointing experience and low quality service.

They overpriced an item I have been buying there for almost 2 years now. When I asked the manager about the price discrepancy, he gave me some BS about the item being mispriced before and that this is now the correct price. Without going into specific details about the price and product, I declined to purchase that item from them even though I have used that product exclusively for the last 2 years. I refuse to be ripped off. I then went to another club and bought the same exact item for $29.00 less. Yes. $29. less. My advice to y'all is to know your prices and shop around.

I really like the service but last 3 times that I order delivery I didn't get what I saw on the web!! .. normally I buy flowers because I love to see the whole flower !! For example Las time I buy half oz but in the picture was a bag I think is because the bag take care more of the flower ; and all I get was bottle with all the half oz smashed into it !! Also was a bad quality! There was no flowers at all !! It was like half smashed flowers and half sticks!! And that makes me think twice if is a good idea order for delivery !

I come here all the time. If I could give 10 stars to this place I would!! The staff are super nice and friendly. They always give me thee best recommondations on strains everytime. They also have a rewards program that saves yo pockets too!! The selection is pretty abundant. A ton of pre rolls, edibles, vapes and flowers. All the good stuff. I will forever be a fan. I looooove it here!

I enjoyed my experience the staff was friendly and they had a lot of stuff to offer sodas and other types of drinks which I don't see many other dispensaries having. The place is kinda small but it was clean and they do have an ATM inside. Parking is limited please have your California issued ID or government-issued ID ready for quick verification

Never fully satisfied here. Even with the "top shelf". The phone staff isn't that helpful. The bud tenders go off of a sheet of printed paper to help you understand what you're buying. Unprofessional. No promos. Kinda lame. NEVER finding parking here. Not impressed at all. If you only have $25 for an eighth you might wanna come here. Sauces& wax were not impressive.

Store itself: I really prefer this dispenary in sf Its nice dispensary with a good selection of pre rolls and flower. Employees: If they dont have what I want and I start asking questions about strains etc... some of the employees seem uneducated and some will get irritated and I feel rushed (mainly tall black guy). Recently these past couple weeks I can tell everytime I come in he not trying to help me and another employee will come up and help.

Purchased a preloaded cartridge comobo pen. Pen did not work immediately when I hopped in the Uber to leave. Pen was malfunctioning and un useable. Called store to see if they could have one of their deliver drivers deliver an exchange. They said Drivers could not handle exchanges. They did say that they could exchange the cartridge, if I came back to the store. Not really worth spending $50 in Uber’s (AGAIN) to exchange a $35 pen! I understand that there are rules and regs, as I am a Colorado resident. Also, I am well versed in ALL MMJ methods. Would have really helped the situation if they could make it right and drop off a new pen at my hotel. Good service in the store, but S.O.L. on my part. If you employ a delivery driver.....this should be a no brainer for a business that values Customer Service. Def NOT Colorado MMJ!
