Lucky Vacaville! Now it has Sprouts. It inspires one to cook healthy, tasty, fresh, colorful meals. It's a good place to stir (and sauté?) one's creative imagination.Update (year later): now that I'm a regular shopper here, I appreciate it even more. I like finding unique products in a store that's not a mile wide. It's a comfortable experience staffed with quality people who seem to like working here.

I love that we have a Sprouts in Vacaville. I shop here at least 1-2 times a week. I love the varieties of vegetables they carry. I was very excited that they actually carry lamb and I’ve been buying lamb from them since they opened. However the last 2 times I have been disappointed in the quality of their lamb. I purchased lamb from them over a month ago, brought it home to cook same day. When I opened the package, the lamb smelled rotten, portion of it had an unnatural dark color to it. Of the 5 packs I purchased, two of them were like that, which I tossed out. I became hesitant to buy lamb from them again. But a week ago I thought to give it a try again, thinking the last time was a rare event. I also mentioned about the poor quality and rotten smell to the guy in the meat department, but he didn’t seem to care. So thinking to give it a try again, I purchased a few shanks from them and threw them in the freezer. I took them out 2 days later to cook and 1 of the packs again smelled rotten. The quality of all the Lamb I bought was very poor and I could tell after preparing it. I will NOT purchase lamb for Sprouts ever again. It’s disappointing because now I have to find another place that sells lamb. I still shop at Sprouts and have not had any issues with chicken or fish or other foods. I wish Sprouts can investigate the quality of the lamb they are providing. I did not have this problem when they first opened. So something must have changed.

One of the worst places to shop for produce yea it may be cheap but it goes bad within a day. Also a really a horrible place to work. They lied about hours and being able to work with your schedule and availability. They don’t care about the employees and just care if the managers get the hours and tell them to open their availability which is bs to even start. I have pretty much decent availability to begin with

I had a friendly cashier, so that was a still a plus for me. Otherwise, I wish this Sprouts location was bigger like some other locations are. I visited a Sprouts store in Las Vegas prior to returning home here in Solano County, and I was surprised to discover how much smaller our location is compared to the ones found in larger cities. And this Vacaville location has a great selection of frozen foods, dairy, and produce. But it concerned me to see that their squash, beet, and sweet potato "noodles" were too close to the expiration date. They also lack a good variety of meats, baked goods, and deli items or just run out of them way too quickly, especially on the weekends or on the weekdays during rush times. So I give these two stars because this company does have potential to do better. Additionally after all, I would have easily given all five stars to this store if their variety for their deli, meat, and bakery departments were much more abundant in variety and if they didn't run out of things quickly in those departments

I really like Sprouts. It's what TJ's would be if they stepped their game up. Raw milk and whole foods way cheaper than Nugget and Whole Foods with more selection than TJ's. Grass fed beef? GF munchies and sweets? You would pay a luxury price anywhere else. Here, it's normal food, which is how it should be. Sprouts is an example of a super market with "quality". If you're listening Sprouts, please open a Sprouts in central Texas so I won't have to travel to Austin when I move back.
