Most amazing magical nail salon, ANYWHERE! I used to live in Hermosa and was lucky to find this place that has the most natural products. You will not find toxic acrylic nails here! Just the smell of a luxurious foot bath with natural oils, orange and lemon rinds. Imagine a nail salon as you know it. Now forget it because nothing is status quo here. Considering the time they spend on doing perfect mani and pedis, massages, the most non-toxic polishes available and pampering with hot or cold teas, etc., the prices are very reasonable. I travel a bit and considering the service and area, the costs are great. Sure you can order extras, but the pricing is transparent and largely displayed in their cozy setting. Yesterday when I visited, the owner did my nails. I drove an hour from where I was staying just to go back again. Everyone is treated with respect and equal and it is a very dynamic group of interesting woman who work there. Plus you can get your nails done on a Sunday or Monday! For anyone into natural products, fantastic service and reasonable prices, I highly recommend Color Me Green!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I never write reviews, but I would hate for someone to waste their money like I did. I was charged $73 for a basic pedicure and gel nails. $49 for the gel nails when the girl who did them was not only rushing but she barely filed anything down since my nails we're short, she pushed my cuticles back rubbed a towel over them and started painting. She didn't remove any dead skin and didn't even clean under my nails. I appreciate the vegan gel nails but the whole time I was watching her I said for this amount of money I could do this myself an it would come out better. The other lady doing my feet took her time and did a decent job. But when asking how come it was so much she told me I was charged $10 for a quick dry option I didn't ask for. When I was done there was at least 30 min before closing. There was no need for a quick dry let alone using it and not telling me it was costing me extra. I was the last one there too so its not like they needed the space to help sisomeo else. SO DISAPPOINTED. I really wanted to love this place, but prices are waaaay too high for what I received. I'm not the type to refuse to pay but I really feel like I shouldve spoke up because the quality of service was terrible. I could've went to my nail lady, brought my own supplies and only be charged $50 not including tip and wouldve been way happier. Big regret. Never going back and not recommending, sorry.

I have been a customer of Color Me Green since it opened. I always get wonderful service and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with relaxing music. There is no comparison between this salon and the manicure "sweat shops" with toxic products and babbling manicurists. Here, the manicurists are friendly, but quiet. The receptionist offers coffee or tea when I arrive. The tea is delivered on a little tray with a tea cup and a place to put the tea bag after it has steeped to your liking. Manicurists are gentle and take care with the manicures. Once in a blue moon, a manicure might chip, but I often bring my own polish (their brand, Zoya) so I could touch up if I need to. My manicures rarely chip, though there are exceptions. Exceptions usually happen if I don't use my regular manicurists. I am astounded by some of the poor reviews. I have never seen anyone treated badly or accused of stealing polish. Note also that the ownership changed about a year or two ago.

I thought the staff was really kind. However... hours after my appointment the nail polish still hadn't dried and my nails were burning. I iced them. Didn't help. Felt like my nails were in a pot of boiling water. I was practically in tears rushing into Target to get nail polish remover. Now that the polish is off the nails are feeling better. My nails look like like they've been cooked.
