I submitted a request for delivery through their website. They called and confirmed it and told me it would be 2 to 4 hours. After 3 hours they called and said they're out of the particular product but they could replace it with something else but they couldn't guarantee the price would be the same. Under the circumstances I thought they would be more flexible. In either case, it didn't matter because they told me that was too late to reprocess the order for delivery the same day. To me it sounds like they might have forgotten or misprocessed the order and then fed me a lie to cover it up. It's bad business and they know it. They must think that since they have so many customers that they can afford to lose some and it won't matter but it will catch up with them eventually. I noticed in past reviews where this same thing happened to other people and the managers left replies for the customers to contact them in order to address the concerns directly. So it seems like they've attempted to redeem themselves here and there but obviously things don't get better. Their customer service and their business practices continue to be on the poor side. The bad reviews that say the same thing go on and on over time. These guys should really take a look at the way they conduct business and they should modify their processes. There's way too much competition to have to deal with this. These guys are not too big to fail.

Placed an order at 1:30pm. Said it would arrive between 3-6. I called at 8pm only to be told that they forgot about me. Their site says delivery until 12am but they stated their routes were sent and could not deliver my order until tomorrow afternoon. I have about 500 loyalty points total with them, and this is how they treat their veteran customers. I won’t be back

Horrible customer service. Horrible management. They do not communicate their new policies to their guest-facing employees and their policy changes practically daily. Their delivery is horrible, if they do not feel that the delivery is worth it, they just dont show. They need to understand that they are dealing with medical patients and for most, this is a necessity. If you place an order at minimum delivery requirements, you are put on the back burner and if they feel like getting to your delivery, they'll send someone out. Absolute horrible management and non-existent customer service. Best to go a different route until they learn some customer service and basic decency.

I have ordered from this company twice. Only twice. The first time was decentish. I was told it'd be delivered between 12 and 2 and it arrived around 3. That's fine, I get it. However, they had forgotten one of the eighths I ordered, so I was told I would receive a free preroll. I said cool and didn't think about that again until a couple days ago. I decided to try ordering from Releaf again, and wanted to know more about the preroll thing. I wasn't sure what all would be included, so I asked. She said she'd get back to me within half an hour. Three hours pass, so I call again. I leave a message and wait another 3 hours. This time, I got someone who has the worst customer service I've seen in a long while. Argumentative, condescending, snobbish, and just overall not pleasant. I know how Southerners operate, being born and raised in southeastern NC. I don't care for strangers calling me "baby", "sweetie", "honey", etc. When I asked her to stop, I made it very clear that I had no intent of being disrespectful, but an elaborate, condescending anecdote appeared regarding her calling her son racial slurs until she switched over to terms of endearment. Frankly, I don't care what you call your son, because I am sure as hell not your son. Due to being given misinformation by either the person who delivered my order or this sorry excuse for a representative, the likelihood of me even contemplating returning to Releaf as opposed to ShowGrow is statistically 0.EDIT: In the spirit of fairness, a little while after posting this, I called Releaf again. I got Brittany, who was nothing but awesome, and I spoke to Andre, who was patient, understanding, and polite. The wait WAS in excess of 10 hours, so I can't honestly say I'm pleased there, but when it came, my driver, Mark, was friendly, personable, and honestly made me feel good about myself. So, I've updated the rating to 3 stars.

I ordered from this dispensary on Saturday March 20th @11:30 am. I did not receive the order that day and got a call at 9:30 pm that night asking if I received it, still a NO. They reassured me that they will do their best to have it delivered on Sunday morning first thing and if they couldn’t it would be between 10am-3pm. I emailed them twice, left a message (when i actually couldn It is now Monday morning March 23rd at 10:15. Still no calls back or delivery 😡 although I did get an email with a receipt for the products I never received. So much for Patient Care and being an essential business, communication is key. Make it right.

Placed an order at 2:53pm and confirmed it at 3:18pm. Was told they understandably don't like to give out times but anywhere between 2-3 hours. Now i get your delivery service is probably busier then usual but it is now 5 hours past the confirmation time. I cant get a hold of the store by calling and when i check the status of my delivery online it says "estimated delivery time between 4:00pm-6:00pm." And "Preparing" so now I'm left completly in the dark about my order. The only thing i do know is I'll never go through you again and i will actively discourage people from your service from this point on.UPDATE: It's now the next day and i never recieved my delivery the website still says preparing. I never recieved any type of notification that i wouldn't get my delivery.

I ordered at 4:53 pm yesterday. They never verified my order and cancelled it at 9:06 immediately after I inquired. I have PTS and spent the whole day waiting on my relief. I don’t know if I need to make a new order or not because they won’t call me back. I know there is a pandemic but you could have rejected my order hours earlier. Worst Weedmaps experience ever.

Me and my fiancé went here last night around 11pm. The security check was quick and fast. Nice and warm environment. Our first time in Las Vegas and had to get some Green. Can’t wait until it becomes legal in Louisiana. We got “The Last Og” sativa and it was AMAZING!! Smoke very smooth and good. High last a really long time. I’m upset I can’t take it w/ me home, it is that good! This place is highly recommend.
