These guys know everything! What else can I say other than that they are patient and kind and listen to YOU so that the proper products can be found for your needs. Also, the best and latest selection in town. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment that you could leave it is a truly easy experience. And don't be too proud to mention that you're a senior because there is a discount involved!

Suggest they use only see through containers. What is shown in the display container has very little to do with what's in the non see through containers. Today for the third time what was in the non see through container differed from the display in quality and consistency. Flowers are smaller and excessive leaves and stems were included. See through container would allow the patient to see exactly what he's paying a premium price for and have the right to decide if he wants it. I'd be willing to pay more if cost is a consideration. Just want to get the quality and homogeneous quantity expected. Tried to take a purchase back that was basically a small bud or two with just as much leaves and stems. I was rudely told to basically read the signs.

I finally found a dispensary in Palm Springs that I like! They are extremely knowledgeable, they will educate you well & they carry only pure products. Not a huge amount of inventory but great selections & the staff is smart as well as friendly. They have included most of the new taxes in the out-the-door prices so there are no surprises. My new place is here!

Filthy and rude! Had a few bad stale items and they won't make right, cheap staff!Staff treated me very bad after I'm was one of the very first when they opened years ago. Regular rude woman at front tosses your license on the dirty germs on the counter like your nothing and she is evil rude! Many people agree too! I told many people and keep telling to stay away, and we'll never go their again. Just bad Karma... Many better places now, less priced, better items, and friendly staff in thousand palms, for sure.... Move on to better places, and don't go to this strange fithly place anymore...

I will continue doj g business with the friendly, and very knowledgeable staff at OSD. Today will be my fourth time visiting and the big reason for me is there opinions of the different products and their potency. The two gentlemen I spoke to were completely on point with there descriptions and suggestions. Today Laura helped me and knew exactly what she was talking about. I wood have actually burned up a cartridge with the battery I had thank you Laura

As a medical user, I paid all of the taxes and fees without complaining. That was over 4 years ago. Now...they still don't know how to price product. One week a cartridge is $40 then the next week it is over $70. Learning how to manage is a business problem; you have been using that excuse for years now. Grow up and realize you have to make less money and sell more product. Don't screw he public because you want a new Infinity.

Will never return. Beware of fraud. I went in for the first time, 14 mar 2018. I bought grape punch. Best I have ever had. I returned on 20 mar 2018 for another half ounce of the same. When I got home I discovered that they gave me bottom shelf sativa instead of top shelf Indica: grape punch. Charged me for good stuff still. Twenty seeds in four buds. Bud is not purple like the first time. Called to complain. Spoke to Juan the manager. He did not offer any assistance other than to say bring it back in. Told me the owner would give me a call to resolve this. Never happened. Will not be back. Watch out!! If they bring your product in a black bag be suspicious.

Excellent shop with great prices. Only shop I've gone to in the desert for about 2 years... Always polite, knowledgeable and professional. The girl below must have just had a bad day, hard to imagine them getting a real 1 star review. There was probably a line or something, or they needed verification and she didn't want to wait... (gets busy sometimes), and that made that chick mad.
