The best in the area (for medicine) that is. Wish they had one here in Sonoma! I also wish they had a higher than 23% THC anything. The knowledge behind the counter is 50/50, which is why I keep going back. I have had poor experiences with the knowledge of product vs. the bud tender's having a bad day & handing out poor service with a smile. The bud tenders here. They are always hype! The warehouse radiates 😂 laughter, music, art exhibits👏, display cases, individual areas broken down into edibles, oils, pre rolls, flower, ect. It's nice 👌 you should check it.

Everyone always makes me feel like part of the family. I’ve been going there since you opened and have tried other places, but no one else compares. I am a hotbox member and enjoyed the last box, however I miss the monthly box. Thanks to all the organicann employees especially the ones who have been there for multiple years. Puff puff pass

I was fairly impressed upon walking in, however, that quickly went away. I was not impressed, or happy with my visit. I was shopping for clones and couldn't see the labels due to the florescent lights, just below the labels, shining in my eyes. The menu was terribly inaccurate, so I asked what they had they pointed to the shelves. I pointed out that the lights were blinding me and couldn't read the labels. They rattled off a bunch of names but gave me absolutely no other info about each one. I proceeded to ask questions, can you give me any more information about them, their lineage, sativa or indica heavy, etc. I was handed a couple of books from their growers that had limited descriptions, etc. of the different strains, most of which they didn't even have in stock! Of the half a dozen, or so, strains of plants they did have in stock, I could only find 2 (two) in the books! After more inquiries I was, at least, able to find out which ones were sativa heavy and which ones were indica heavy. This was my first time here, but I doubt I'll be back. Guess I've been spoiled by dispensaries who are eager to give me enough info about the product I'm considering, taking away the guess work, so that I can make a truly informed decision.

Here we are in high season for cuttings and....I called three times to ask about cuttings...ringringclick....dial tone...no answer no machine, no info.The website says to call...twitter and IG have no updated info....can we get an update so we dont have to go in and risk getting or giving a deadly virus??!! thaaannnkkksss brosss

This dispensary is huge, full of great art, products, and awesome budtenders. As an account manager for mammoth distribution, I get to work with this super professional and super organized company, and It’s been nothing but a great experience. They carry an amazing selection of more than just cannabis! They’ve got cool clothes, art, and so many things, it’s worth a visit! It’s a Santa Rosa staple for sure!

There are way better dispensaries then this one, the people here are ok always trying to sell more then what you intended to go there for which is really annoying and anytime I go in for something they are always out and anytime I go anywhere else it's personalable and always stocked, so yes it's ok but way better options are just a couple miles away

Wow wow wow. How not cool can you be? Please don't use a phone in our store. Please don't look at the stuff before buying it. Please walk out of the store if your friend calls you. What is going to happen? I have never heard or thought about so many rules. Don't support the negative vibes. Nothing worth it for top top dollar?!?!?!? Never going back, didn't get anything. Everything wrong with the modern industry.

I recently visited for the first time and let me tell you it was an AMAZING experience! A worker named Miguel explained all the right products I needed for my personal likings/needs! Just off the costumer service I was encouraged to come back! They have many dope products and medicine and some of the most unbeatable prices! 10/10 I would recommend!

I've been several times and always a great selection. Prices are fair.Staff is friendly and helpful.Ask for Shawn !He knows the product and knowledge about many relates topics. The art work that is dripping of the walls is sick. The place is giant. Really cool experience. Great job guys!

Always a pretty good experience when going into OrganiCann. The staff are welcoming and they offer a huge selection of products. However, Isaiah really took my experience to the next level. He was all smiles and positive energy. He took some extra time to show me product choices that would exceed my expectations and had me out of there in no time at all! You’d be lucky to have Isaiah as your tender!
