This use to be a good place to go to. I went religiously. On 4 occassions I have come in and no wax or shatter at all, two of which were on Saturdays. Whomever is doing the ordering now is screwing up big time. One time I waited 20 mins to go in and be told there was no wax or shatter and to call the store they'd get it later that night. I called Saturday night and told to call back Sunday, shipment still not in. They didn't get anything in until that Monday. I miss seeing the owner because he knew what he was doing, the gentelmen he has left in charge cannot run a store right and gets baffled when you ask questions about why they wouldn't be stocked? 4 times coming in and leaving empty handed is sad and pathetic. Please consider changing who you have in charge, the store is going downhill and 4xs now I'm taking my money to another store.
