Worst experience for delivery. Was given a 1 hour estimate. 3 hours later, we still haven’t heard from our delivery guy and the shop closed. Horrible customer service taking and order if you are not going to fill it.

I used the delivery service for three years and had to stop after one driver was unprofessionalAsking for dates constantly made me very uncomfortable since he has my address and number without me giving it to him.So I started to go in- no problems until this week when I was catcalled by the security guard and made very uncomfortable during check in where he made comments on my legs while searching me then told me how “ much I liked it” when he used his scannerThis is unacceptableFemale customers should not be treated this wayI was spending $200 a week and dreading getting my delivery or even walking in this place now. With all the women working behind the counter you’d assume this place has sense in treating people equal.Picking up my medication should not come with harassment of any kind.Lost a faithful customer.

Bought the CRU brand disposable vape for $33. Walked to the car and went to draw on it and the battery was completely dead. Walked back into the dispensary and they flat out refused to exchange it. Said it’s their “company policy” even though they just sold me a faulty product that didn’t even work. All I wanted was an exchange for one that worked. After making a fuss (I mean that’s just bad business) they did exchange it after talking to the owner. As a company I understand that it is a hassle to have to call these marijuana companies and get them to take back faulty products but for the purpose of practicing GOOD business etiquette you should at the bare minimum you should at least exchange a customers product that they purchased from YOU that didn’t work because the battery was faulty.

Employees try to sell you things you don't want. I asked for one thing was sold something else as soon as I walked out the door it was realized and I went back in and they wouldn't trade it out. Trash store..And! they sold me a pre roll that was well over a year old. October 2018..Nasty and dry and went in the trash..

This is the busiest dispensary for a reason. They have amazing deals and prices. They have tons of bud-tenders working to ensure you get helped quickly and find what you're looking for. I've been in here over 20 times and have never been disappointed. I only smoke Heavy Hitters and they have never run out of product on me, so thank you for that Harbor Collective!

I am from PA and have experienced several PA dispensaries, this was my first in California. Wonderful staff here that greeted me very well and made me feel very welcome. They were very informative and very helpful. I knew what I wanted and they helped me find it quickly. I was in/out in 10 minutes. There was no line and they were very well staffed. I highly recommend this store.

First-Security, reception and bud tenders - all staff members have been very nice and polite and welcoming! Atmosphere is fun but safe and secure. Never waited longer than 10 mins to enter the shop and that was during their busiest hour.However, tenders do not seem very knowledgeable about strain origins of the brands they carry, THC levels, quality of high etc.. (If you can tell me "this is an OG strain" i can immediately relate to what the strain has to offer.)They don't even seem to have a solid grasp of the difference between their pure strains and their hybrids besides the THC levels printed on the box. It also doesn't help customers that YOU CANT SEE OR SMELL THE FLOWER! This may be out of the shop's control but regardless - you're spending your hard earned money blindly. Without a knowledgeable staff to help find the right brand/strain that fits your needs, you might as well close your eyes, spin around and point your finger to choose something. I got so frustrated the last time i was there, i just ended up getting something that had an interesting name ("cinderella" or something like that) made by Good Flower brand...when i finally got home and opened it up - BLEHH it smelled and tasted awful - chemmy, dry & stale! Literally, i had no further desire to smoke it and ended up giving it away. Am i supposed to bring it back with my receipt for a refund or exchange?I know the industry is growing and that comes with growing pains but in the meantime, without knowledgeable tenders there to guide you, it makes it difficult to select a quality strain and brand worthy of your money and time - I'm NOT smoking the fancy glass jar or the colorful box or the cute/clever marketing name ("Cinderella" smelled and tasted like one of her ugly step sisters!)I will not spend more time/money to play guessing games with my weed. Let me see it first, let me smell it first! If not, show me someone who can give me the info i need to make a good choice OR provide customers some kind of recourse if your tender recommends a strain that turns out to be poor quality. Apologies if this is already offered by the shop, i wasnt aware of any return or exchange options. Looking forward to seeing this particular business grow and improve their service! Fast, friendly, the security guard working today was rad and we joked. In and out in no time maui-wowi in hand and smile on my face. Cool prices too if you just inquire beyond what is at the front counter. Prices set as "out the door" when that say 25 you pay 25. Which is great! so don't get sticker shocked. 50 for a pax is fine when You consider tax and such is covered.

So disappointed. First dispensary I stopped after landing. The service was horrible. The lady in the front didn’t let my guy in even after showing her 3 IDs. Once I was in the girl “showing me around” didn’t know her stuff. I asked her for several items she just kept saying oh it’s on that shelf, oh it’s the shelf over there blah blah I was like for real? Idk I just expected high service for these prices. I just got something quick bc I got upset so I wanted to get high.

I have been to every dispensary in california and they are the worst they will ripe you off and try and sell you horrible product. As someone whi has smoked fir the last 10 years. Smoking with the best of the best. I will never come here again so many other places will treat you right. They let me buy tree after 9pm so i thought they were cool. I will NEVER buy from them. They told me to go f myself when i asked about a issue i had. I .Never askrd for a refund or anything just wanted to voice my opinion and wad told im stupid. Dont waste your money there. Anyone wuth any knowledge of product will understand. Go with a co.company that isnt just tryna makr a buck but prefide good product.
