So I’ve been coming to Green collar since they first started and I think that they are a great company up until the moment I tried to return or exchange a defective cartridge of CBD balanced.No my back is broken into places and I had purchased that CBD balanced cartridge one day and during that day I had accidentally lost it in my moms car because of all the things I had in my hands, so I had to ask my best friend to go to the store for me and get me another CBD cartridge of balanced. So I was smoking the CBD balance cartridge I received from my Besty and my mom found the one that I had lost. So I finished the CBD cartridge that my Besty had given me the next day because I had thrown my back out and my legs were completely debilitated. And I reloaded my pen with the CBD cartridge balanced from my mom, the first cartridge I had that I had lost. But The first cartridge wasn’t working with my pen so I asked for an exchange and they told me because it “it’s been over 24 hours” I can’t do it. Well if I had known where it was I could’ve picked it up and undone it the first day but I lost it in my moms car. My back is broken in two places and I just had a back spasm that hit me so hard it debilitated my legs. Well we can give you a 20% discount on your next visit. But I already get 20% off curbside anyways. I’m sorry that’s all we can do for you. As I sit here standing radiating with pain wishing my CBD oil pen was available to me because I purchased it. A functioning CBD balanced oil cartridge. The second cartridge helped me so much and let me tell you, I’ve tried EVERYTHING for my back CBD wise🙄. I thanked the universe with my mom found the first cartridge I lost. I just want them to exchange it. Nothing has been used smh. Makes me upset and not wanting to be nice to the ppl there because at this current moment in time, they aren’t being consider or nice to me in regards to my physical health or financial. Sad. Thanks for not caring. 🙄

Used to be my favorite shop to go to and I would go in nearly every day. They have cheap prices and good sales and all of the staff are great people except for the old soccer mom Karen lookin lady who pretty much laughed at me and pushed me back outside and locked the door because I showed up at 11:55 exactly 5 min before they're supposed to be closing. I knew exactly what I wanted and I would have been in and out before midnight but bc white girl Becky decided to change the store hours on the spot and she couldn't be bothered by one last custie so I was SOL tonight. What good ol hard-working Karen fails to realize that I might just be one insignificant custie to her but if she continues to treat everyone else like this as long as she is employed that one will add up to many more! Hope it was worth a loyal customer for you to get home like two minutes early.. Just change your store hours to 11:45 like some of the other dispensaries if you're going to be so pressed over 5 minutes that you can't serve your customers.. Lol the customers that show up between your posted business hours.. Like what kind of customer service is that?? She was rude af too. Ugh. What a horrible lady.

Was once my favorite shop. Everytime I order online, it seems I am lucky to get half my order because it is out of stock. How can other places have live menus that show their exact amount in stock now, and you don't. On top of that I got a phone call almost two hours after I ordered and over an hour after I was there and told in person it was out of stock, telling me my order was out if stock. Then on top of that about 15 minutes after the phone call I got a text that my order was ready. Even if it was, I had already went somewhere else.

This place tends to have inventory issues alot. Online and actual stock are not the same. Several times I've ordered online and after wasting time going to the bank and then driving to the dispensary only to be told they're out of stock in my item. Once, they even put the wrong stuff in my bag intentionally bcuz they were "out of the one I wanted". After arriving home I opened the jar and realized it wasn't what I had ordered online. Went all the way back to greencollar and was told basically I'm s.o.l. and stuck with a product I didnt even order in the first place.i wont spend my money there anymore. I'd caution you to be careful of the "ol switcheroo" tactic they use.

Green collar cannabis has always been a good place for me lately their shelves have had less to choose from especially in ounce form. I go to the vinceres farmers market being a medical patient and they are now trying to charge 140 or more an ounce, right now they're flower really is not great it is not high quality like it used be & they are charging more than green collar. Quality matters especially in quantity

I've always had a good experience when I go to this dispensary. Reading the reviews "owner" says ask for the "so n so" discount and get 20% off. So I did. Staff said " the owner would never do that and that someone else is claiming the business." So no discount. If you are the owner please tell your staff you are giving such discounts. This made me feel so embarrassed. If you RESPOND I will change my RATING.

If there was a negative star rating, probably about negative 3 stars would be appropriate. Parking is terrible, made attrocious during busy periods. The staff plainly doesn't care. The security person checks your ID, turns around and starts talking to a co-worker, co-worker tells them that they need to buzz you through. Counter Staff was so disinterested in showing me the products desired that I left without purchasing anything. I am certain that another business will pretend to care enough to sell me the usual 5-7 items.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Zips on 72nd is much better, cheaper, more friendly, & will do whatever it takes to find you the highest quality for the lowest price. Green collar stock is low their old menu was great now it’s terible I can pay $100 for an oz that looks like it wasn’t trimmed and probably smells old or to gets d event looking oz I would need to spend $300. Weak selection on cartridges and every single employee was very rude. NEVER shopping again

1st off be prepared to show your I.D twice but once in there be prepared to be mesmerized by all the different types of marijuana. So many different types of weed when I was coming up I knew of a few types of weed, but never knew there were so f'n many. If you know what you're looking for that's great, but if you're not sure they'll help you out & will answer any question that you have which is great, cuz that means they're knowledgeable & know what they're talking about. All the workers are friendly & seem to enjoy their job. The only negative thing I have to say is if your business is supposed to close at midnight then close at midnight not 11:50pm cuz sometimes 10min before closing is the only time I have to come in after getting off work myself. & A lot of weed can get sold in 10min so they either need to adjust their clock to the correct time or just chill out & push through for just 10 more minutes. Besides that, it's a wonderful, well managed business.

Used to love this place but lately very disappointing. .from them following there iwn match price not being honored as if people supposed to know what they price match what they want. .to ..old product..and now more recent STAFF. .Bunch of Females who dont know prices correctly,to speaking to customers in some stereotype ebonics talk from a whitegirl.and basically having no respect fir customers who been loyal over 4yrs..I WONT BE RETURNING
