Honestly I’m just not a fan of the stores that want to get all this extra information from you. I just want to show you my medical card and look at what you have to offer. And that’s the other big issue I have; I get that COVID19 is going on, but it’s such a turn off to know I can’t make my decision on what to purchase while looking at my choices. Instead I have to look through a buggy mobile website view of your menu while your staff retrieves it. Dude it felt like a drug deal and I don’t want my cannabis experience to feel like that. I spend about $100/week on cartridges and I think I’ll be taking my business elsewhere after trying it out. I just spend too much money on weed to have such an impersonal experience. Granted the staff did a good job and were nice enough especially since I made it clear I was unhappy about having to attach pictures of my photo ID in order to register on their website which I don’t know if it’s secure or not? But regardless they were nice and I was difficult but I had good reasons. Honestly I don’t know if their whole approach to ordering and purchasing is because of management or a directive from the Arizona health board but it’s definitely one of those people’s faults. Y’all lost my business that’s for sure

Horrible costumer service. I told them that I recently tested for COVID. Then they refused to deliver to my home. Where it's a contact less transaction. No where on their website that will refuse to serve a customer. The manager instead of calling me, text me that noone wants or feels comfortable delivering to me. How rude! Would they prefer me come in knowing I have the possibility of spread a deadly virus? Wow. I feel like I'm being discriminated against, and it's an awful feeling considering I'm Hispanic and all this racial discrimination occurring. The supervisor is white and all the employees especially the man with the beard have been rude. I feel like I'm not good enough for their services. This shows me that they ar eenouraging people to lie and expose others by coming into the lobby. In that case I will let others know so they are kept safe.

At first, I thought the AZ marijuana industry simply paled in comparison to California's, but after shopping around I can confidently say that Green Pharms produces substandard products and supports them with subpar service. I am so disappointed in myself for giving them the business that I did. The "reserve" series items were akin to stuff I bought in the middle school bathroom. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

I placed an order online for delivery yesterday at 130pm, received a call to confirm the orded total and address at 230 from them. Was told that "the driver will be calling me when they were close should be about and hour" well after 4 hours of waiting nothing from the driver. I called the dispensary to double check and make sure there were no Issues. I was first hung up on, annoying, then i called back and was told "the drivers just got back we are gonna send em out again in about 15 minutes i have your order right here" after having the phone rep confirm the order and total I was under the impression i would get my order. By 1030 pm i finally gave up and went out to get something to eat, had waited the entire day and at that point didnt have the opportunity to make ot elsewhere. This morning i discover they removed almost 16 grams from my allottment and the explaination was that "there was an issue" when they were trying to cash me out and rather than someone calling to say this, rather than someone telling me of this alleged issue when i called to check my order at 630 and receoved another verified total, they just pushed my order to the side and moved on. THIS IS WILDLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I will NEVER spend another penny with you people.

Just because they have a good product doesn't mean we have to give them a 5 star rating. Customer service: 1 star- the front desk receptionist was spaced out and needs to be shown best practice on how to speak to clients. Procedure: 1 star- 30mins or so to grab any product. This shows lack of experience; they should be in contact with other stakeholders to see how to properly help patients. Cashier/Budtender: 3 star - willing to assist and provide experience opinions on best products.

Decided to update my review all together because it didn't thoroughly explain what a place this is... Ive been to just about every other dispensary in the area trying to find THE SPOT. This place reacted the worse by far out of all of um together to COVID. Just don't YOOOOO. Customer service has to be 100 for the Locals. This place lost Lots of Patients !!!

Horrible parking from beginning to end, website is never working like a 2020 website should work, they like to blame Leafly for a lot of their price issues. Just a really bad, overall dispensary. Also, why would you give free prerolls for a good rating? That's not really giving a good or bad rating like it should be. Applebee's doesn't give free drinks for his ratings.

The vibe was positive and inviting right off the bat! All the budtenders seem to be knowledgeable and Im always get great insight on product and recommendations when Im having diff. Symptoms or if I haven't yet tried a certain product I feel Im getying honest feed back. Its not ALL about the sale with this place and I love more so for that fact!!

Me personally working in a place where you use customer service I completely understand having bad days or not wanting to be there and I would also never go out of my way to inconvenience someone that’s trying to help me out. That being said I loved all the employees and their positivity and customer service that worked there before the virus hit. After the inside of the building was closed and I’ve been going there, there’s always one employee that consistently deals with the outside it seems and any situation where I inconvenience this employee he gives off this negativity and makes me feel like I’m bothering him. He has even walked back inside multiple times before I can finish talking or explaining something to him. I’m done going here atleast until someone else is outside or the inside is open again so I can work with other employees!

Zero stars for horrible customer service! My AZ date brownie (Flourish) was half the size that it normally is and did not have any THC in it! Green Pharms would not reimburse me or give me a new brownie (been a patient for 2,5 years at this place and buying the same brownie this whole time). They simply told me I have to have it lab tested to verify THC content (on MY expensive) and possibly then MAYBE reimburse me the $5! It's not about the money, it's all about costumer service. When I get treated like a liar over a $5 brownie I will simply have to find somewhere else where a happy patient is worth more than a $5 revenue! Unfortunately for green pharms, they lost a patient over this today but to be honest they didn't seem too concerned about it! Too bad since I have loved every experience in this dispensary before this!
