Feedback:

This place is terrible. The management straight up lied about how long the renovation projects would take. People were told some of these projects would take a few weeks... well it has been 9 months now. There is no rent compensation for balconies that have been dismantled for months... My guess is they only hurried up and renovated the front of the buildings so they could attract unsuspecting students who are rushing to pre-lease (seriously, look at the nice frontside, then go look at the unfinished inner apartments and sad interiors, it has been that way for a while). The interiors are filthy (mold everywhere and impossible to keep it away for long) and the features are unimpressive for the high rent. Be prepared to listen to parties (both within the complex and up the street from the frats) until 3am on every other day. Management is either extremely incompetent or straight up taking advantage of tenants. This place is not worth the price, stay far away.(Disclaimer: I am a friend of one of the tenants, who will not post for fear of retaliation. This place is so bad I felt the need to tell people and I don't even live here!)
