The employees at this shop are friendly and professional with out the ego and or iceberg sized shoulder chips..I appreciated there honesty and informative energy..They know your there for quality, and guide you to the good goods with out just trying to make a sale..If you need a device to partake. Take a left out the front door and visit the shop next door as well... Top shelf personalities and products for all from all... Wish more WA state rec weed shops would have these ethics.. Pot head tip..Fridays are the day to visit ..To the stuff, y'all doing it proper ... Keep it up..

If you want the good fire = it's here * ok kitsap - everywhere else is selling the cheap boo boo, in this county. Sooner or later you will be weary of searching thru everybody's junk then = go here to have a chance at feeling stoned again. You get what you pay for so be prepared when entering this high class facility. They proudly display an extensive showcase of premium cannabis products for sale, making it easy to browse the pre packaged flower ect. produced by each grower. This store is operated by friendly professionals who know about what they are selling which is truly helpful in making a decision on your purchase.

Great place to buy good weed for cheap or really good weed for some big bucks. Cash only though I heard they mite be getting card readers but it's not set in stone. The staff is all great, they will help you too no end and will honestly give you good deals, even if your a few bucks short. The owner is cool too. He will show you all the weed he likes and also try to get you what you want the way you want it and next door it a pipe shop them have good prices on bongs and pipes but anything else be ready to pay lot for any other glass.

Whether you're visiting Bainbridge, or call the Island your home, you should take note, and stop by P&L. Walking off the ferry? Not to worry, call the shop and arrange shuttle service to pick you up, bring you in, and drop you at your destination on the island. Thank you guys! You're truly the best.

I've only been to a few similar establishments, but they all seem to provide top notch service and selection. I was greeted warmly upon my arrival and given a brief tour of all of the types of goodies. And let me tell you, there are a lot of types of goodies. Prices were reasonable (though I'm an out-of-towner and don't really know the market). Staff was knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Plus, they had an excellent business decision in opening up a sister store for paraphernalia and accessories, so as not to subject buyers to the higher tax rate. Overall, next time I'm in the area, I will definitely return.

Great attentive and competent customer service beats fast rushed service, every single time. I was encouraged to look around and to please ask, if I had any questions. The gentleman who first greeted me gave me direct eye contact, stated his first name, and he didn't miss a beat as other customers came in, as he greeted each also with direct eye contact, letting them know the same, and he stayed present and attentive, with a keen ability to read the customer and anticipate what they were looking for. He was very professional and very knowledge of the Product. It always makes the shopping experience easy when there's someone available to ask for help in finding that right product. He's very good at what he does.The store is well organized and clean, with beautiful custom natural wood display cabinets. The store layout is comfortable and relaxed, with a similar feel to strolling through the aisles of any retail store, comparing similar products to price, but with an elegance of meandering through a museum viewing masterpieces protected behind a glass case just as beautiful as the art it's protecting. It's really nice, and it really helps the customer to compare different manufacturer's products, of which are all clearly priced, nicely labelled, and displayed in well lit display cases.Great layout, great people, great service, and great products, great experience!And what I truly appreciate about the whole experience was not just how organized this place is, but unlike a lot of other retail stores where there's one long line, with just one budtender, and all the product hidden from view, I felt more involved in making an informed decision after being able to see what was actually available. Great job Paper & Leaf!

I went several times and every time the staff were friendly and helpful. I am a medical patient and I noticed that I got a bigger discount at another shop compared to what I had been getting at the P&L. It is supposed to be 10%. I was there a couple of days ago and I was given 1% and the clerk watched me very carefully when the total was announced. I did not understand why until I got home and read the receipt.I know that buyer beware but I am not willing to hold their hand to the flame for this discount. Once I confirmed this pattern I had to write this shop off.Being nice and helpful while ripping me off does not earn my trust or my business.

Gorgeous and the best staff. I would call this the best dispensary in the country and I've seen a few ;-). They will pick you up at the ferry, the selection of product is vast, and they have a large head shop with coffee and snacks next door. I make the trek from Seattle every time I'm in town because I love this place so much. All shops should hold themselves to the standard set by Paper & Leaf.
