"A friend with weed is a friend indeed." I prefer to buy prepackaged eighth ounces of cannabis flower for only $20/ea. Great quality and variety. Selection of glass pipes are convenient, adequate, and affordable. Staff are welcoming, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. Nice clean well-kept store. I smoke to deal with stress, pain, nausea (dizziness), indigestion, headaches, insomnia (sleeplessness), lack of appetite, fasting, spring allergies, and nightmares. Cannabis smoking promotes tranquility and a renewed appreciation of life's precious fleeting moments. Having state legal dope to come home to after work is a much welcome change. Plus, I can avoid invading the busy private lives of family, friends, and their neighbors with my medical needs. With lots of fierce competetion out there as far as cannabis stores go, one of the few ways stores can really set themselves apart from each other is good customer service. My girlfriend and I have been to Parlour several times now and haven't encountered any major issues until today, but when I went inside to inquire about one of their tinctures tasting and feeling off (not the first time we bought that particular tincture there), all I got was a pretty rude, abrasive and overall unhelpful response from a female staff member. If you pay $60 for a tincture you want to make sure it meets your expectations and that the store selling it to you stands behind their products. However, what I experienced today was just plain awful and we will not be shopping at Parlour again.

I was sold a 2:1 tincture while booking a lyft and was sold a $20 tincture that only had 1.78mg of thc and 3.41mg cbd per dose. Although I was asked for higher potency, this was sold to me and I was in so much of a rush that when the clerk told me it had 50mg thc and 95mg cbd, I thought that was per dose, as he said "this one's a pretty good deal."

Not a great place to get cheap ounces. Looking on website there priorities isnt the people on a budget nor do they have a loyalty program to keep me coming back! Moreover, I was a continuous every 2 week customer, but they dont listen so I'm not anymore. Upset because budtender said, we wont have that product anymore and proceeded to get me something more expensive. Awesome, just what I'm not looking for. "Hey dude, do u remember me or do you remember the color of my wallet??Thanks for looking out. Thanks for remembering my money more than a loyal customer and not the reason why I came in the first place. Bravo!

Horrible customer service here and the woman that waited on me was soooo rude and not helpful at all. I would absolutely love to have her job so she should be happy to work their instead of acting like a stuck up b. I will never ever go back to this store and I would not recommend them to anybody👎👎if 2 thumbs down were a rating that is what they would get from my personal experience.

Fantastic price on very good weed. Very knowledgeable budtender was able to narrow it down to exactly the right type of experience for me. He seemed to know alot about what he was talking about.Shop was clean warm and nice. Everybody seemed really friendly. Lots of options for flower pre-rolls cartridges and accessories.I'm happy that I found this place and I fully intend on coming back :-)

I actually bring my mom here and it's the only. Dispensary she will go to. She loves the staff and the deals they have. She calls it the, "Hidden menu" HA! ( it's not really hidden, you just have to look on the wall for the less expensive product) Everyone is really great to her and anybody that treats my mom good gets 5 stars in my book.

Best product and service in the Portland area. Really comfortable environment with an ATM for cash pay service. The variety is fantastic, serving all patients and recreational users alike. The pricing is just great, upfront, no tax bs add on at the end. Really, the best thing about this place is their attention to detail.Keep up the great work!

My girlfriend and I had a great experience at Parlour. From the second we walked in we were treated kindly and the employees were very helpful. The shop is very nicely set up and they have a good-looking selection of products from edibles to flower (down to $20/oz of shake at times!). We were very impressed and will definitely be going back before our vacation to Oregon ends. Would recommend :)

I stopped in to buy something simple, not looking forward to waiting out in the wait room and having a complicated purchase while my dog wait in the truck.Luckily I was greeted politely and let in quickly in the open space, and then promptly helped by a super friendly woman with a rad gold nose piercing and very helpful and friendly attitude.I forgot I had little cash on me, but again, luckily she pointed out the product I was looking for was on half price discount!Also, Saturday's currently have a $5 off cartridges deal!Definitely worth a visit and I may even purchase some of the merchandise (hats and shirts). I'll be back.
