Feedback:

Personally I have spent over 600.00 here in past 6 months on gifts, ect. Have been very pleased until I had a problem with a product from this place. (I bought 2 colibri lighters each $100.00, 1 stopped functioning). The store clerk said he would handle it 2 months ago, havent heard from them since. Today I try to return product, told them I wanted exchange or refund. Which in our previous conversation they said they would do. Guy ends up yelling in store, and completely refuses any sort of credit or return. Completely aweful store, overall bad customer service (except one girl in their is nice and helpful). Never do I recommend this place. Oaksterdamn is overpriced. You can venture over to san francisco on bart, and get a sweet deal on glass or whatever for same or less, with an adventure. And better service. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, ALSO WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW PLACE IS AWEFUL FOR PRICES, SERVICE, AND RETURNS!!!
