On two occasions my Dr has dropped the ball with my care and concerns. She had me go do blood work for a problem I have been having and then hear nothing from her about results nor what to do next to figure it out. This last week I have emailed on Monday about an injury, wanting a referral to ortho Dr and got one reply Wednesday with a question I answered her and nothing since. This is unacceptable to me, I pay way to much money for medical to get ignored! Same thing happened with foot specialist I saw. Going to have to go to Fairfield and see how the ASR’s are in that facility.

I have been very pleased with the imaging department. I live in Naps and have not been happy with Vallejo. They messed up my ultrasound without an explanation and their hearing test machine kept breaking down. Ive been to Vacaville twice - once for the ultrasound redo and today for CT scan with contrast. Quinn- the technician is a gem. Very kind and made my first CT very tolerable

Feedback:

Not the greatest service. My foot doctor Dr. Peace in Podiatry says that the time it's been on healing that my foot and ankle injuries are heald 100 percent and good to go. I been pushing it hard walking plus standing alot and it's in much pains almost like it was at the time of when I first injured it. Walking with limping when putting pressure on my ankle after when walking on it so much! Not a good experience and no caring for patient health!!

I have been a witness to multiple appointments in which the doctors here have been extremely unprofessional and downright rude. More often than not, I've seen doctors refuse to administer a proper check up on affected areas in pain or distress because they didn't believe there should be anything wrong with them, so there mustn't be despite clear pain, tenderness and sensitivity. Going in to an appointment with doctor Sarah Jones earlier today with my wife was absolutely horrifying. The day started off with a call to the advice nurse line, who confirmed our appointment because the advice nurse and the doctor that reviewed my wife's symptoms found them "alarming" regardless of whether or not it was a bee sting and went on to make sure that if the symptoms worsened to head to the ER because they were especially serious. we came in for a bee sting possibly causing the symptoms my wife was experiencing, and after talking to my wife for a short amount of time her doctor decided that he symptoms were not even bee sting symptoms despite being listed everywhere as symptoms of bee stings and therefore the alarming symptoms my wife was experiencing we're equated to "general aches and pains". On top of that, because Kaiser refused to send my wife out of their system for treatment that they couldn't provide she was treated by people who couldn't suggest anything beyond new medications in such a short time that the system now treats her as a drug seeking patient and take her even less seriously despite only ever having the same symptoms that go untreated. Doctor Sarah Jones in specific dismissed the symptoms and made sure to ask if she's injecting anything as if she has a history of drug use (which she has none) and you could tell in her face that she didn't believe a word my wife said. So many doctors have done this that the system is seeing it and dismissing her off the bat every time she can get an appointment, as most of the time they want to schedule appointments extremely far into the future to be told it's been so long that she's had these symptoms that they mustn't be that bad and she can get over it. It's disgusting to see a healthcare facility that sees themselves as professionals to have a mostly ignorant and useless staff that is clearly only there to prescribe medicine that they can only hope alleviate the symptoms since they dont even know or care to find out what's wrong with you or even have the decency to allow you to see someone outside of their system that can (which is against the law).

Nurses actually answered “ I don't know” to basic questions nor attempted to try and find the answers. The machine was beeping for several minutes with out a nurse coming in to check on why I had to go ask for one. There was just so much wrong. One of the nurses actually attempted to get smart with me due to my frustration of literally nothing being done regarding my grandmothers blood pressure that went up to 180 and then 195 in less then 25 minutes. Theres no clear explanations on why her body is responding the way it is. I would give zero stars if possible. I’m so sad and scared she has to stay here much longer. I would assume icu nurses were more on there toes regarding patients but i guess i was wrongUPDATE 7/19/19 The care my grandmother is receiving is still a JOKE I assume they are hiring because they clearly don't have enough nurses to properly care for patients. I don't understand why my grandmother has to sit over 30 minutes in her own pee because they failed to even hook her up properly. As soon as she’s good and well we will be seeking better care

When it has come to my family's need for surgeries, ER care and general health care, Kaiser has been wonderful for us. Unfortunately the psychiatry department and its offerings and practices are severely lacking. Lacking to the point where it has had such a tremendous negative impact that my family will be switching insurance and health care providers during next open enrollment. They offer many groups and classes, but when it comes to needing individualized care it can take months between appointments. I have tried different psychiatrists hoping to find a good fit but the outcome is always the same....very rushed, little feedback, and a long list of group therapy classes offered. When in crisis, a person is enrolled into an overpopulated, understaffed daily outpatient program that lasts about 2 weeks, with very little support. It's unfortunate and very frustrating and has caused years of distress.I just called in a Rx today and my psychiatrist didn't even have the correct medication he put me on on file, leaving me to have to play phone tag with his nurse because he simply couldn't take the time to email me back.

Male nurse Alex was very rude, went in for a family member with internal infection. Dr Tucker didnt even have them take any vitals and was going to dismiss us until we made them check and they realized he had a fever. Extremely under staffed which caused long wait times and them trying to rush people out and negligence. If you are there for a severe issue you’ll have to be persistent to get help.

When it was time to register I just didn't say anything to her. I have been with Kaiser 19 years this is not right. I was very transparent in my paragraph I gave the information please use this information to correct Nina's behavior.

My boyfriend was very sick and I took him to the emergency room with my 4 year old son. While he was getting seen, my son and I waited in the waiting room. The security staff was so incredibly kind to me and my son and made sure he had a coloring book, crayons and even snacks while we waited. It made a stressful situation so much better. She was beyond helpful and I wish there were more people in the world like her.

Don’t waste your time with these people they have their own agenda and they don’t care about helping the patient
