Was greeted by Tarra at the window. She started off as helpful then gave me an attitude and then proceeded to say she’s been working for 20-something years there when I asked to get the generic brand of Flonase. Good thing her coworker was there cause it would have gotten worse. You may have worked there for 20-some years but you can keep working on your customer service cause that is subpar .

The pharmacists here are kind and friendly. I’m always delighted to say hello when I visit my doctor, even if I don’t have a prescription to refill. The shop has a lovely supply of gifts, cards, and snacks as well as many over the counter medications. My doctor, a lab, and x-ray machines are all in the same building. I’m accident prone, so I’m grateful to have all of my medical needs in one location.

I used to go to the pharmacy #11 on Michigan Ave. and service was always fantastic and timely. If they said it would be 20 minutes, that’s exactly how long it took. Now they’ve moved to be combined with this location. I’ve been waiting 40 minutes now, they said it would be 20 minutes. I have other things to do. I could have left and come back if they would have given me an accurate time.
