Excellent experience. Superior products, especially the Patriot Care brand flower. Customer service is excellent. Every discount available to you will be offered.The entry/check in process is easy. Orders can be placed online for pickup, or just walk in. Medical patients only.

My first visit to patriot was good as in the customer service and the attending budtender,, the flower was another story,,,i was eager to take on PC due to some high reviews from customers,, i got some chem og and the bud was fair at best, my next purchase was a eighth of some Tropicana cookies,, the bud was extra dry ,,crumbled on contact also the storage container was not of their tweed brands ,,it was a pharmaceutical grade plastic conntainer...i felt like I was given some old flower and the smoke was harsh and the high was non existed......just saying ....

I was nervous going in, as I had never been to this establishment. I walked in with my friend and met the security guard in front of the store. After a bit of discussoon, we learned my friend couldn't go in because he didn't have proper documentation. No worries, laws are laws. I go in and am greeted with what looks like a college lounge area. I fill out the forms, show my ID and MMC paperwork, then have a seat on a very comfortable bench..Classic Rock was playing softly on the radio. Nice for an extra inviting touch. I played on my phone until my name was called. After it was, I went through another door into the actusl dispenssry part. There were numerous budyenders helping everyone who came through. When my turn was up, I walked over and explained what I was looking for. He not only went through the menu with me to find stuff I might like, but he also told me stories of strains he's tried. It was a very calming, friendly, welcoming environment. The packaging looks like a prescription label, which is very professional looking. I learned about all kinds of discounts and when is the best time for me to come in each month. Overall, it was a great experience and I can see myself calling it my new MM home.

Patriot Care is without a doubt, one of THE best dispensaries Period! The staff are informative, attentive, and if you're a first timer, they can definitely steer you in the right direction when it comes to which product works best for your needs. The Secret Formula #5 (Pictured) and Triple Chip flowers are my favorites! After a long work day, I roll up some of this 🔥🔥 and after a couple puffs, my Anxiety calms, Stress melts away, and pain from back problems subside (bad car accident awhile back). Definitely give this place a try👍

The best around no doubt. I judge a DISPENSARY by the QUALITY OF THE FLOWER. AND NO ONE CONSISTENTLY HAS BETTER. THEIR TAC AVERAGES 32 TO 25. AND THEY DON'T CHARGE MORE FOR IT. THEY DO CARRY LOWER TAC'S ON FLOWER. RICKS PUPIL# 2 DOES IT ALL AT 18.4 TAC. YOU WON'T REGRET IT. AND IF I WALK IN 1 MORE DISPENSARY WITH A HIGH OF 17% TAC. I'LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. IF YOU'RE GOING TO DO IT IN BOSTON... THE PATRIOT WAY WORKS BEST ASK ANYBODY.

First time visiting and I don't think I'll be coming back. I'm glad I looked up the new patient discount because my teller didn't mention anything. He rushed me through my questions and was eager to get me out the door despite the store being almost empty. Asked to look at a few different strains and was told they have no samples. Mentioned that I had been to the Lowell location a few days before where they had samples available and was told I must be telling a story. If there were at least a current picture on leafly with the medicine I would feel better about buying it but there are no photos and the TAC does not match what is advertised. I was told to buy it and "see what I get" While I may return to the Lowell location, I'd recommend going NETA in Brookline, or Sira Naturals or Rev Clinics in Somerville & Cambridge. Prices on everything from flower to concentrates to edibles are better and you'll know exactly what you are buying

This is the ONLY PLACE to buy weed in Boston! It's easy access to & from the 'T', THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE INCREDIBLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AND JUST ALL- AROUND GREAT PEOPLE! THEY HAVE DICOUNTS ALL THE TIME & 15% OFF IF YOU ARE ON MASS HEALTH. CHECK OUT THEIR MENU ON LEAFLY AND JUST GO....LEAVE YOUR NERVES AT THE DOOR!! :)

I purchased a gram of "violater kush live resin" that was improperly stored. The resin was all over the top of the cap because of poor storage and when spoke to the manager, she dismissed me off and sounded like nothing was going to be done with future storage. I will not be back because of the poor handling of the product and the lack of willingness to correct it.

Product is good. Selection is nice, and I like that they offer CBD options which a lot of local dispensaries don't have. However they are pretty unprofessional and the time it takes to get through is crazy long compared to other dispensaries. The employees chit chat with each other, talking over customers, which is all fine and good but it causes each person's order to take over 15 mins to complete and just creates a tacky atmosphere. Even when I have ordered ahead it still took 10 mins for them to click through the system to check me out. If they weren't so conveniently located I wouldn't even go to this dispensary.
