Love this place and everyone has treated me so nicely EXCEPT for the bald guy with the tacky goatee who dresses like it's his first day of middle school. He often is super rude if you ask a question and acts as if I'm bothering him by making him work. Before I even got in the lobby he asked for my ID as he saw me taking it out. I was sooo loyal to Peak but this guy ruined it. One bad apple ruining the bunch.

So we came to Denver to celebrate my birthday and let me tell you this place served us well. I must have visited 6 dispensaries while visiting this by far blows them all away. They have one of the largest Grade A selections and a very knowledgeable staff. Thank you Paul for all your help. Trust me as a 45 year old smoker this place is a must see.

Shout out to Omar for being understanding and letting me return a cartridge that wasn't actually working but visual was producing smoke/smell. The new cartridge worked perfectly on the first hit and I was coughing hard.

Horrendous customer service. I put in an online order and mistakenly requested a discount in the comments section, they canceled the order upon receiving it without contacting me. When I called, a woman very rudely told me I needed to put the order in again, offered no explanation or apology. If a business takes online orders and doesn't contact the customer about any issues, that's poor customer service. Taking my business elsewhere, peace!

I was very impressed with the selection of product, but the help wasn't very helpful, when asking questions they were sorta helpful, seemed like I was being rushed, probably would've spent more if I wasn't, and to top it off, I find seeds, although quite tiny and easy to miss, just not what I'd expect for high quality/ price flower, there are plenty of other more awesome shops imho

I’m a smoker from the 70’s and extremely sensitive to strain so can’t help but be picky. I’m from Florida so I stopped here first day cause it be near my hotel. My bud tender was quite young but extremely nice I wanted a sativa strain that had uplift and creative tendacies for musicians She recommended glass slipper. Smelled good, looked nice. Just got a sample and the high was high but not what I wanted. More couch lock and introspective which is exactly what I didn’t want. Need to find a better selection, maybe heirloom organic, but with an older smoker who can relate.

This was one of the first dispensaries I found once I got here. I wish it was my very first. Everyone was friendly and willing to take the time to answer all my totally newbie questions and didn't seem the least bit impatient or upset when i kept changing my mind. A great experience all around, and one of those small businesses that really deserve to be supported. If you are heading here on a tour or vacation, this is a great place to check out first.
