After move out, avalon system charge a lot without explanation, also send email to ask for charging details, no response at all. They just care about which customer want move in and charge clean fee,... more

The move-in expierence was second to none. In particular, Jack is as devoted a manager as I've ever met. He is attentive, kind, gave his undivided attention, and helped with every perceived issue that I had. Additionally, Ashley spent enormous amounts of time making me feel happy with my decision to move here. ---Difficult to please New Yorker

Avalon Towers is a very nice place to live. I have lived here since 2016. The grounds are kept clean, staff are timely with requests and concerns. Everyone is helpful, friendly and professional. Humberto and his team help keep the place looking great and make sure things run smoothly. Jesus and Trevor are great concierge. Jack, the manager, strives to meet the expectations of the tenants and building a great place for us to call home.

We have lived at the Avalon Towers for over a year and what an amazing experience its been! The building management / staff truly makes this community stand out - Jack, Stephanie and the maintenance staff, go above and beyond to make your stay a happy one! Plus the building, amenities community events are top notch. Would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in the Mountain View area.

They just care about which customer want move in and charge clean fee, and full utility or maintain fee for only two days in last month even in our lease.When I live in avalon tower, I lost all my package price over $200 and their leasing office just saying they do not watch for package and do not sign package. But do see lots of time package just leave on their leasing office desk without guard. Worst place I have seen. Not suggest any other people choose this apartment

Although we didn’t end up leasing from Avalon Towers on the Peninsula, I felt compelled to leave a review just to share how awesome our experience was with Stephanie! From beginning to end she was a pleasure to work with, and although the complex didn’t fit our needs we were so impressed by Stephanie’s candor and friendliness throughout the tour and the entire process!

The maintenance team has gotten very bad in this complex. The quality of their work has drastically declined this year. They also lack the knowledge to handle many maintenance issues even as simple as fixing issues related to toilet leaks, water pressure and even fixing a washer. Even when we're given a time frame of when work will be done, no one shows up and we're left waiting for hours.Also, when reporting emergency situations to them at night time that could affect the whole complex, they don't want to show up to check to see if the problems require immediate attention even when it is something that could be related to an electrical issue. Also, sometime when trying to explain things to them, they're resistant to listening to concerns, which in some cases, may require timely attention.

I just recently signed a lease here and I have to say, the leasing team has been amazing to work with, Stephanie in particular. I was looking to get a lease signed on a tight time schedule so I made an appointment for a tour, checked out some apartments similar to the one that was available in my time frame since I couldn't look at the specific unit I would be renting at the time. All said and done, it was literally about 45 minutes from when I first walked in to when I finished signing the lease and got the approval, and that included the tour. Stephanie and the team have been extremely supportive throughout the process of moving in, finding parking for moving trucks, and accommodating my random needs.

Special thanks to Jason Martin in the leasing office for his hard work and help getting situated!And I’d like to update this review to say that after 9 months of living here, it continues to be a wonderful property. The manager Jack is the best! He’s readily available, always helpful, and is a good person. I highly recommend this property and thank Jack for his excellent work and kindness!

Professional and exceptional is how I would describe my experience with them so far. I have had the pleasure of interacting with Ruju. Currently located on the east coast, I was looking for a short term lease in Mountain view. She has been responsive, diligent and kind. Going above and beyond. This is much appreciated! I cannot write about the experience of living there, but I can only imagine that this level of service must be a trend in this management team.
