super solid company. Gena is friendly, very organized, communicates clearly, and has great energy. Greg, also came immediately for our maintenance requests, and is very knowledgable and reasonable about housing needs. This company made sure our family had a safe place to stay the day we moved to San Diego, and everything about renting from them is streamlined and professional. Moving out was smooth and fair, and the staff was absolutely helpful and on time with everything. So grateful to have met such awesome honest people and highly recommend their services.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very communicative during the moving process. Kevin was exceptional in assisting to get my doors re-keyed and even came back to take care of a minor issue directly afterwards. It's very refreshing to find people who obviously care about their work and are happy to do it.It should be noted that as a military family with a deployed spouse, it was challenging to take care of paperwork. Gena was very understanding and helpful in ensuring we were able to transition and do what needed to be done, despite one of us being deployed. Would highly recommend.

I've been living in one of their managed properties for a reasonable amount of time and I couldn't be more pleased with the service people helping others has provided. Gina is extremely kind, punctual, and service oriented. When we had a small issue with our home, we were contacted by the repairman the next day.I also appreciate the ability to pay rent online, seems like such an easy convenient feature that unfortunately many other management companies do not offer. Kudos!

Greg and his team have been managing my property for many years. They absolutely ROCK. Vacancies are few and far between (they source good tenants) and when there is a vacancy, they fill it fast. They manage costs and make good recommendations on improvements that make sense to get top rents.I honestly forget I have the rental for months at a time.. that is how easy they make it.It is because of them and how easy they make having a rental that I am looking for more!Thanks People Helping Others!!!
