Feedback:

I recently purchased six cartridges of a new strain that required the purchase of a new pen due to cartridges differences. Shortly thereafter these cartridges were taken off of the product list, effectively recalled, due to malfunction--leakages, clogging, inefficient heating, and other manufacturing defects. After multiple calls to the general call center, I was told I could get only one replacement since I had not tried all of them yet. If a car problem or medical issue caused a recall, you wouldnt say "hey something might go wrong keep driving in case..." Im a little surprised about all the ambiguity since they had been very responsive in the past. Perhaps getting bigger isnt always better!?! Do the math, $75×6 does not equal $75
