This is the first time I've ever been to a dispensary, so I can't say that I have a frame of reference to compare but I will say this... The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The process was easy, streamlined and fast. The facility was immaculately kept. They were very adamant about social distancing and wearing a mask is required to enter the premises. I loved the experience. And finally, the product is pretty damned good!!! I'll be back! Not like that... In a nice way.

I have been going here about 2 & 1/2 years. From my very first visit EVERYONE has been professional and knowledgeable. I am ALWAYS treated cordially and respectfully making me feel very comfortable. My only complaint is $$ but in doing research I found they are the same as other dispensaries and the company decides that not the WONDERFUL people who work here at this location.

I made a mistake in answering a question about your products to a new client. I said you carry Etain. To the person who asked about edibles, i gave you wrong info. Verilife has it's own line- Pharmacann & i apologize for the mistake. Oh, my experiences are consistently good with Verilife. They have deals quite often, & the selection of products crosses the board

This was my first time here at this dispensary. This is the only one in the bronx and from the looks of it. Its black owned. I'm very pleased. I'm trying out different place to see the quality of their products. Last place I was at was, Columbia care. Just like them, this place was welcoming. The staff was helpful in every way. I can see my self coming here more often. Plus they deliver. Big plus. So if you have a Medical marijuana card, check them out. You need one to get in.

Not enough words to describe exactly how wonderful the staff Sam, Jeff & Nelson made us feel. The office has a warm and comfortable feel to it from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. They individually make it their mission to explain, advise and answer any question you may have. There's no rush in and out there. I highly recommend this dispensary. Thank you all.

ALWAYS a wait. No Express pickup option for existing customers. Always have to wait to see someone in the back to get your medication. The strains are good, but they raised prices AGAIN for their "new" blend.Have something where you can order ahead of time online and have 1 hour pickup. Or a counter where you can just walk up and get what you want like almost every other dispensary.

Prices are very reasonable for product like vapes.The extra strength Blue capsules are very effective to anyone suffering from last stage osteoarthritis. I take one capsule every 2hoursAnd I don't have to wear an ankle bracelet nor do I walk with a cane.And my pain levels completely are gone.Pharmacannis thank youFor all your help dealing with my chronic pain!

Support this location! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; this location offers a variety of medical tincture, capsules, and vapors; and they deliver! The prices are great compared to other dispensaries in the city and the center is very clean and inviting.There is limited parking in front of the store, so you may have to park around the block. I'm not sure how close it is to bus stops, but a cab might be your best bet if you have to travel from the train.
