Love love love them! Ever since Illinois legalized recreational use, MedMen in Evanston has gone above and beyond for their guests. Not a single employee I have met over the course of many many visits, had been nothing but exceptional. The security guard at the front door is one of the nicest most genuine people I’ve had the privilege to meet and all of the employees are not only educated, but more than willing to help. There is a super convenient parking garage right next to the facility that is free for the first hour (and I’ve never been there for over an hour, especially if you do online orders since Covid which you’re in and out) and the fact that it’s in Evanston makes it the perfect location for suburbs and city folks! Not to mention since recreational began, they’ve had the one of the widest menus out of all the dispensaries I’ve seen. Evanston MedMen care deeply about their guests and how they operate is very clean, safe, and efficient! Thank you ❤️

I came here from Mundelein because it’s closer to Wisconsin, the wait is normal due to COVID-19, security staff was very accommodating and nice, you walk in and there’s an amazing staff there, they were kind enough to accommodate me switching my order inside (they don’t do that) and I would like to say thank you. As far as prices, they are 30 percent cheaper than all the dispensaries around them. Guys you seriously need a Tip jar, they have one at Every other dispensary for every single worker, it’s not acceptable for the workers to help out and get no tips.

I've been here 6 times to purchase. Online ordering via Leafly is easy. However, there can be a line of 20 -50 people snaking through the adjoining parking lot.. That said, I typically spent an hour or less in line.Once at check out a few weeks ago, the budtender tried to sell me 2 1/8s instead of 1/4 I requested. After complaining to him and the manager, they found a 1/4 @ promised price. Flower can be difficult to find so expect high demand and limited daily quantities. .

I recently went here on April 9th and had ordered online for recreational a cartridge with a THC percentage of 89.8%. Once I arrived, and received my cartridge, it said on the label it had a THC potency of 77. 8%. False advertising is something I dislike greatly and will not be returning as result. First time experience was unpleasant.

Great place to grab some bud. Line is typically short and they always have employees in the queue taking orders and making things move quickly. Reasonable prices and varied selection. However, they can run out of selections and they don't always re-up right away, so I've had to try a lot of different products, since the ones I had previously bought weren't around.

They give you no time for your designated demographic, I came all the way from downtown and by the time I got here despite it saying it closes at 5 PM they sent me away saying that it was for cardholders only. They need to be more specific for who they will allow I was under the impression that I would be served as a paying customer but instead I was turned away. Very disappointed, very disappointed indeed. Now I will have to hit the streets which is an option I did not want to do. Thanks for nothing, Madmen!!!

Conventional wisdom says that if you are planning on buying recreational marijuana products in the Chicago area, your best bet is to go to the suburbs. Conventional wisdom has served me well as MedMen Evanston is everything I wanted and then some.This particular branch is located in Evanston, Illinois. It's close enough to the city that makes it convenient to get to via transit but far enough to avoid the crowds.To give y'all a sense of the efficiency of this place, I paid for 1 hour of parking outside but was in-and-out within 20 minutes.Once you enter, you'll be led to a line and handed a sheet of paper of the daily offerings. Prices are a bit high (~$55 for 1/8th of an ounce, ~$30-40 for 10pc gummies), but that is more by regulatory design and taxes more than anything else.Only complaint I have is the number of times I was asked to show my ID. Once was by the front-door security, one by the guy handing us the paper in line, one by the person that took our order, and the last by the cashier when I paid. But I understand the amount of precaution that these places must operate under. Overall, still a great experience.5/5. Fast & efficient. Lots of offerings. Will be back.

The manager Peter Smey verbally assulted me in the dispensary and threatened my safety, and triggered my PTSD all because i said that patients hold hold a medical card are seen before those who do not.He is not mentally fit to work there. I have never felt so disrespected and afraid. He wanted to know my name after I left so he could idk stalk me? Not let me return because I insisted that medical patients are seen first. Which is the LAW.I cannot not believe that Med Men employs a controlling abuser who triggers their patients disorders instead of helping.He repeatedly raised his voice, I had to finally ask security to escort me because I was afraid to walk next to him.He would not give me the number to corporate and insisted that he is corporate! Really Med Men?? This is who you employed to take care of your patients?Shame!

Awful experience; they make you wait half a block away, didn’t tell me online orders only until I got to front of line; clumsy online interface took half an hour to order, then had to go to the back of the line, which moves WAY too slow for a place where all orders are filled before you even go in.But, they are the only place open for non-prescription sales during the lockdown, so glad they are open

Expensive but that's not their fault. They kept everything flowing pretty smooth. Yes there was a line but pretty ingenious how they take your order while in line so it's ready and yes they hand out that days menu and tell you if something is available or not. Again expensive but not really their fault, the experience makes up for the price and lack of flower. Great selection otherwise definitely my go to dispensary.
