Friendly staff, delivery available, products are often on discount, stylish and clean facility, free beverages and small snacks for waiting customers. It is cash only with ATM on site. I do wish there were more and wider selection of cannabis products, updated and accurate deals section, and more frequent deliveries.

The website says they have all these deals going on only to find out upon arrival they dont have any of them. Also the girl at the front desk was very rude and forget trying to call that's a joke as well.medmen is a mile away and has great products at half the price and it's easy to find as far as I'm concerned 2 stars is extremely generous

First off, amazing staff. Second off, customer reserved parking, only 2 spots, but I was happy to be the only one there at the moment. So perfect. Not always going to be the case, but this is okay with me. I will say I'm a true Blue Believer in this company. Matter, is what matters to me now. The waiting room has coffee, help yourself. And if you need help, just ask. Wow. This is why I love this place now. They believe in comfort start to end. You may not be able to stay away because of the atmosphere alone. The friendship with people you barely know, but feel super comfortable around. Ya, I'm preferably going here from now on. Prices are high in NY, that's my only complaint. Nothing to do with verilife, but if you control this first, you could own a marketing margin of huge value for your business. :)

There's a reason why I keep coming back to this location every time. Friendly staff, best prices, largest product selection, home delivery, online ordering. I've been to a few dispensaries in the state of NY, and this one is always my favorite. Customer service is always top tier. I have never had an unpleasant experience in the 5 months that I have been a customer. Always recommend this dispensary over others in the area.

Price drop is good for me good for you!I love the delivery service I filmed it pulling up House the first time the Crew called a few minutes out so I asked him what should I be looking for an Ice Cream Truck.....Ya know what I mean he laughed and told me what's coming. It will be good when it's all one big happy family bring me some 100-1my bday next month I'll be there.

First visit today. So many questions. If i could i would rate10 stars. Store is modern and comfortable. The staff is more than exceptional. Every one i met was pleasant, upbeat and genuinely kind and caring. The pharmacist and the young man assisting us answered every question and offered us further education. Enjoyable experience. Cannot say enough. Thank you Mary and Vince.

I truly had an amazing experience visiting Verilife. You will be treated like a friend, as soon as, you walk in the door. I got lost driving there, the front desk people took the time to explain to me how to get there turn by turn. The managers actually greet you and take time to get to know you. The sales person was so well informed and had a smart answer to all my questions. They have the best veterans discount in the area of 15%, on top of awesome fair pricing. Lastly the product is simply amazing.

Used to have great service but when you tell them about a problem with the product like the vape cartridge being cracked they dont want to fix it at all. They literally tried to accuse me of dropping the cartridge instead of realizing I have been an honest loyal customer almost 2 yrs. It seems to me telling me not to return to the store after giving me a partial refund and fixing the one cartridge after the wannabe cop rent aka lazy sob got in my face when they at first tried to accuse me. Take your business elsewhere where these peoples cheap cartridges won't break and waste your money.

This was my first time going to any dispensary and I have to say it was just as relaxing as my trip to Jamaica. The staff was very polite, ubeat,and a pleasure to be around. The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable on what would work best for me. Made me feel right at home. The product I recieved works PERFECTLY for my needs as a patient. Despite the location I HIGHLY reccomend VERILIFE ,its truly a diamond in the rough. Thanks for everything !!!!!!!

Well this was my first experience at any dispensary and let me say is was the most pleasant experience ever. I was a little timid at first with the whole security process but it was a breeze. Everyone was so happy and pleasant to deal with. They walked me through all there products they offer and how to utilize each one. No pressure to buy , this was AWESOME.... ONE HAPPY CAMPER
