Clearly this store's manager does not care about customers. I received an in-store only coupon with 15% off because of the new home we just purchased. The coupon expires on 4/15/20, but I didn't want to risk my family's live by walking into the store during the pandemic. So I waited until yesterday to see if I could still use my coupon. But the manager's response was a hard "no". Thanks for that. I guess all of my future application and improvements needs will need to be done from either Costco or Lowe's. Great way for turning away long time customer! I would not recommend any of my family members to shop at this Home Depot as well.

Worst Experience with store staffs. I went in to pick up an online order. I was only customer at the pick up counter. There were 2 staffs and they carried on a conversation without even greeting. Then one of them left and the remaining staff picked up the phone and talked to other staff on phone for almost 5 minutes. After she finished the phone conversation, she fetched my order with very rude manner, again without any greeting.

For the supplies they have allot of what i need to build things. Their workers are great help TO FIND ITEMS, unless they have an understaffed day. When you need help ask the person if they are a professional in this area. If not don't listen to them, go to you tube, it will give better information. They have alot of inexperienced workers. FEW PROFESSIONALS. H.D. usually has the supplies you need.

I don't Care for this particular layout I wish they would keep all the Home Depot's the same. This torrent was very quiet compared to the Glendora store. I was actually able to find someone within a minute and ask for help. I give it 4 stars due to the layout. I didn't particularly care for it and they didn't fit. Store was very clean for a Home Depot.

Typical Home Depot experience had to go look for help cutting Keys first person I ask said I don't work there I work in the light cloud thankfully Rose was walking by and she said you know I can help you there and I'll be glad to. So every now and then you get somebody who is helpful at Home Depot but in general you get nobody that's helpful cuz they're all just doing their job not like the old days when customer service mattered.

Couldn’t believe how rude the workers were. Went to ask a question about a drill and without even saying a hi the worker straight ask what do you want in a rude way . I ask him the question and didn’t know so he went to get some help. The other worker did help but he said something about how I chew gum. He said ,”Close mouth it’s sound like a cows mouth” I couldn’t believe why a worker a care how someone would chew their gum. I mean isn’t the United States where we have the freedom to do what we want .

Pls allow negative starts ASAP! Just had the worst encounter with associate SALLY. She was rude,Impatient and condescending. You would think in this type of store the associates would be more “user friendly” since we wouldn’t know all the terms, materials, and options that are available. Sally, do all of Chino hills (and surrounding areas) a favor and just retire. Put yourself and the people who have to endure you so called customer service, out of our misery. You’re the absolute worst.

I had the greatest experience working with Brandy McCray on a new kitchen and bathroom design. I thought it was going to be a daunting task but the minute I met with her I absolutely knew she was highly qualified to make my vision come to life and with great proficiency that is exactly what she did. She was confident in her extensive knowledge of the products and was able to show me exactly what the kitchen and bathrooms would look like. I highly recommend Brandy McRay at the Yorba Linda Home Depot Superstore even if you don't live in Yorba Linda it will be to your benefit to drive the distance as I did. She was amazing !!!

The Home Depot is known as the place for DIYers to go to buy the items they need for their projects. Typically DIYers are in need of more assistance. However, we were told one employee is subject to being Fired because he "spends too much time assisting customers!" This is a very disturbing thought that the employees are actually at risk of losing their jobs for assisting the customer! Apparently this Home Depot lost sight of "The Customer is King" philosophy.

Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. Can’t even believe how horrible this Home Depot is and the one on Riverside and Euclid . Going to Lowe’s. Also very disappointed that I can’t give a negative Star rating. I read all these 5 star reviews and I guarantee you they are all fake posts. Walking through the isles and asking other customers about their experiences at random further confirmed to me that if the posts here were not altered they would not have any stars.. They just lost a $3,500 order to Lowe’s
