I have to say, I went to two other places and should have shopped here first. I was looking specifically for retirement/congrats deco and no one has anything, I was directed here by another store - thanks guys! I didn't look at everything in this store, but I can't believe you wouldn't find what you're looking for here. Fun helpful staff. You want to see happy faces in a party store, right? Start here.

I really appreciate then making my balloons and having them ready for me at the time I paid and signed up for. They don't open until 10am on Sundays unbeknownst to me and the new employee who filled my balloon order; we scheduled a balloon pick up for 9 am. I noticed the mistake the morning of, and called to verify that I could still pick up. Whoever answered let me know that generally they would not allow for a balloon pick up while the store is closed, but they accommodated me. They had them ready for me right before 9am!

I bought some makeup there and they didn't tell me that I couldn't return it if they considered it a Halloween item. I waited choose to 20 minutes to be told that I could exchange it instead. With literally nothing I wanted there, I waited in line and asked for a refund again, knowing that they would call the manager. So I had to ask them to tell me where it says that the item I bought is a Halloween item. There wasn't anything saying it was and they finally gave mea refund. I would have understood if I bought it one day and brought it back the next, but I bought it and brought it back the same day.

The clearance section has so many great options to choose from at good prices since they are marked down. I was able to throw a Barbie theme birthday pretty much only shopping in the clearance bins. Pink plate, pink napkins, wall and ceiling decorations, sound blowers, table clothe, confetti, and balloons. It was great! Definitely check that section out before you leave, you may find exactly what you're looking for, at a fraction of the price! Party city has so many options for so many different themes. This would be a good place to buy costumes for school plays. They have magician costumes with top hats, canes and flashy tricks. They have hippie costumes with wigs, and peace sign jewelry and glasses. So much that can be leaves together. So far I've planned a solar birthday, a casino birthday, a Barbie birthday, a princess birthday, and a football party with things I found at party city they have a little bit if everything! So many color options for your cutlery and balloons. It's amazing. The parking lot has a fair amount of room. Not usually packed. Pricey but worth it.

I don't go to Party City often, but I go there first when I need something for a party. They usually have exactly what I need. The only time I had any issue finding something was when I was looking for a specific age Birthday card. They have a decent selection of Birthday cards, but they don't specialize in them. They had everything else I needed. I really like their selection and price of balloons. I will continue going there for my party needs.

This is going to be the next place amazon runs out of town. Went to get birthday balloons but they didn't have any helium...on a Saturday... when people have birthday parties. Hmmm. Then tried to use a coupon FROM THEIR WEBSITE, but was told that it had expried... 7 days ago. Then why have it on ur website? They wouldn't honor it although it was on the company site, FALSE ADVERTISING!!

Very friendly and professional managers and store is very clean and organized. Update: June 2018- Now the option to pick up your ONLiNE order is available. This is a very up to date, convenient and innovative option to offer... the only setback is: WHY DOES CORPORATE PARTY CITY SKIMP ON HIRING ENOUGH EMPLOYEES to cover all bases? The mere 3 employees were all so busy with customers, balloons and cashiering that it affects customer satisfaction due to hassle and long wait times. At least 1 Position should be set up for an employee IN CHARGE OF ONLINE ORDERS & maybe the creation station orders and keeping balloon orders organized???? I think on weekends and pre-holiday weeks should always have 4 associates covering all bases.

They have practically everything you will need for any kind of celebration. From birthdays, to weddings, to baby showers to the random party. It's a really great place to go for color themed items and candies too. I was looking specifically for small rainbow colored swirled lollipops that looked like unicorn horns, and they totally had them! They also had other colored ones too, but the rainbow ones were perfect!

This was the only place I was able to find Pokémon birthday party supplies for my son's birthday. I called ahead of time and the sales associate that helped me was nice enough to hold on to the items for me. I also bought a balloon for my 2 year old and he managed to pop it on the way to HWY 50. I came back to the store and they were nice enough to give me another one since it lasted him a whole 10 minutes :)
