Long lines early morning the guard working very hard trying to get everyone in the docks. This guard very friendly and very dedicated to his jobs two thumbs up for him. But it take almost 10 hrs to load. Very friendly staffs but it takes way way way way too long to load this Saturday. Check in at 5 am got window appointment from 5 am to 2 pm. Right now 3 pm just finished loading still waiting for paperwork. Well i got my 10 hrs off duty reset. Terrible today.

There is a real nice older individual who did my paperwork and gave me direction, but for some reason the african american guy at the gate came over to me and started arguing with me as if just cuz i was helped by this person bother him. I told him that is none of my business to argued about their operation and he just kept running his mouth with lot of profanity. I guess there should be a channel to complain about this individual and i did tell the lady at the receiving desk about their employee attitude. But I hope to never deliver to this company again since i get hire by broker and shipper to deliver their stuff. As i sit here trying to be nice right now, if this guy approach me again i just gonna tell him to just turn around or i will have to call the police and make a report of harrasment. Let me tell you what an experience this is.

They have nice and friendly service...im not angry at the guards or the workers(ill give them 5 stars)....i hate the fact that i had an appt at 900am...their buyer doesn't want it today...so he changed the date...am i suppose to sit here till he does want it...and if he did change the date earlier...why didnt they call my broker or me....
