Feedback:

I ordered 3 dozen pink glazed cookies with “8 B-day” in lavender writing. When I arrived to pick-up order, I looked at them and there was an “8” in dark green on the cookies. Then I noticed that the “8” had bled into the pink glaze on all the cookies. I asked the clerk why dark green icing had been used and why only an “8” was written on the cookies. Instead of apologizing, she actually snapped at me. She told me that the icing wouldn’t have run if I had bothered to pick the cookies up the day before. I explained to her that I had called at 4:30 pm but no one had answered and according to the phone message they were closed. Then I pointed out that even if they hadn’t been closed, that wouldn’t have changed the green icing into lavender icing or changed the “8” into “8 B-day”. She then told me that it wasn’t her problem that I hadn’t told them what colors to use. I then asked to leave a note for her manager. She smiled for the first time and told me that she was the owner. To top off my experience, she charge me twice for the same cookies. Why do they stay open at all if they can’t be bothered to speak cordially to their customers or fix their mistakes?
