As a new customer not knowing what to expect from my first purchase experience I can honestly say I am "VERY" impressed!!Price is fair, product is excellent, quick delivery and my contacts (Mellisa and Pierre V.) were kind and professional. They were really nice at handling a mix up I had and needed help with. They were able to fix the issue for me and still keep my original delivery time in place instead of having to start over and get a new time. Very professional and punctual, the driver Juan was very kind and the product was really nice. Definitely using this place whenever I need anything delivered!

I've gone through over 6 different delivery services in the last few months...Pineapple Express is the only I really felt took care of my needs...They were helpful, the prices were reasonable, the quality was amazing and overall 5/5 stars because I have 0 things negative to say...i recommend you giving Pineapple Express a call, I sure am happy I did! #Blessed

It was my first time ordering from Pineapple Express and I had a great experience. I was ordering from Eaze but almost every time I would try add more than one item to my cart they would tell me there weren't any drivers available to complete my order and it would take forever.. alas, I did not have that problem with Pineapple Express! They were able to complete my full order, arrived on time as they said they would and were extremely professional and polite! WIN!!!

Pineapple Express is a very convenient service to use. Order online, and within minutes you receive a call confirming your order and what the drivers have available. If the drivers don’t have what you ordered available, they give you a discount and recommend/give suggestions on what they can substitute for you! High-ly (pun intended) recommend Pineapple Express. I’ve never had to wait more than 30 mins for an order!

The staff were very helpful on the phone. This was great for me because I haven't difficulties on the computer. The delivery was on time and Noah was a friendly and polite delivery guy. The products I was familiar with or not, but I was able to still get my needs met! Thank you for the convenience.

They're an extremely accommodating and convenient way to get your medicinal needs met. You place your order online, they call you to verify the order, and then you just wait for the driver to contact you. in cases where they don't have a strain you would like, they will replace it and be a very accommodating about it and at times will compensate you for the inconvenience. Very professional will continue to order from them.

Quick and friendly service. Frank was awesome. He walked me through the process, explained the different deals and helped me choose some great meds. Ordered at the end of the night and all drivers were out for their last deliveries. They set it up for first thing in the morning for me. Prompt, Friendly, and top shelf meds. What more could you want

I had an amazing experience with pineapple express. I am a little late to review this (I ordered on 12/24/19, Christmas eve) but the service was exceptional. Melissa, who built my order and applied my 1st time discount was kind, friendly, and understanding. I had to work at 2pm that day and when I called at 11:30am, she said that they would be able to get it out in time to go to work. Melissa along with my driver Jimmy, were able to get my items delivered. All I can say is I'm satisfied and will without a doubt use their service again.
