Very displeased, I am a medical marijuana patient. They charged me recreational price even though they spent 10 minutes in the back typing my info in.I was charged $40.50 in tax...annoying. I have the receipt, I thought I was getting my discount but I was getting the 420 discount thus I did not catch the mistake, initially.June 23rd Update: I finally returned to Plane Jane's, $40.50 was a awaiting me, and a $10.00 coupon for future use. II appreciate Plane Jane's correcting an error, as nobody is perfect. All is good!

The customer service me and my husband got from Greg and Beaker I really couldn’t ask for anyone better. I laughed so hard and learned so much from Beaker. I thank you for showing me some real Portland love and can’t wait to go back to see you guys. Powered doughnuts and candy land 💕💕

I used to love this place, but sadly my last few experiences have left me not wanting to go back. I was sold a cartridge that only worked with a battery they forced me to buy instead of taking it back. The cartridge stopped working mostly full. I didn't want to buy their crumby battery that also broke in short order. They are far from the best price. I feel like they used to be the best customer service wise, but now they really suck. There are closer, nicer and cheaper places, so I won't be going there ever again.

The kids at this place are just Great! The first time I went I called and got a guy named Zack (I believe)...I told him I am a old woman unfamiliar with what I need for pain and sleep. He told me he'd pick out a few to choose from before I got there. I left with a edible gummy, drops for under my tongue, and a oil that I smoke. These things help me cope with pain and get rest. Appreciate the knowledge and suggestions each time I go....TY Val W.

I used to go to plane janes occasionally and I loved the flower. But I recently went back and unfortunately...... the flower I got was horrible. I’m actually really surprised how bad it is and I’ll probably just throw it out . The only reason I’m writing a review is because the guy who sold me the flower said it was one of the best strains in there and how good it is blah blah blah lol. I would just prefer a bud tender to be honest. There is no way he could’ve actually thought that strain was that good. Ijs

I'm not sure why anyone is giving Plain Jane's anything but a five star review. Thrish the owner is absolutely fabulous. Especially helpful, and educated. If you need any form of thc or CBd then you need to go to this establishment. Sam a Cannabis expert who is an employee was marvelous. They helped us in a dire situation. My bf has Crohn's disease and they set him up educated us and he is FINALLY having relief. So you just disregard ANY non 5 star reviews. This is and will always be our dispensary of first and only choice.!

The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is due to the concentrates being kept in the counter and not in a mini-fridge. Keeping them in the counter allows them to reach room temperature and above, which is not good for the oils in there. A simple $150 mini-fridge would ensure that every customer is getting fresh dabs and nothing that has been melted already. Other than that, love this place! Very nice, friendly staff and they carry quality products!

A nice homely little dispensary near the airport. Angela was the woman who helped me, she’s amazing. Has a great positive attitude and is always smiling! She’s the bomb dot com!And the owner is a zen master. A man came from the airport and was extremely frustrated, ( from being on a plane for 16 hours I’m to assume). She handled it like an OG and calmed him right down. It was amazing to say the least.Definitely recommend this shop!

I've never dealt with a more entitled stuck up staff. Some of the most depressing options I've ever seen it at a dispensary and also some of the most expensive when I said that this was not necessarily value they turned around so good luck finding a better price somewhere else I can find a better price everywhere else and in better quality ---- good luck with your very subpar service and subpar product
