Feedback:

I will start by saying the staff was nice enough and the facility looked appealing. Ok, now that I have that out of the way... I purchased a Groupon for a 60-Min Reflexology and 15-Min Body Detox. Reflexology is a pressure method using specific hand and finger techniques applied to the various parts of the foot, each believed to be associated with a corresponding organ or body part. If it's done correctly you can feel the results throughout your entire body. Number One Spa does not understand or practice reflexology, instead they offer a modified massage. The attendant left the room twice during the massage for a few minutes each time; once to dump the orange tub of water which allegedly was the result of my "detox" (the orange color is most likely due to rust which is the result of a chemical reaction between the rods inside the device and the salt water they stick it & your feet into, not any "detox"). At one point when the attendant had me flip over to my stomach, she had me lay my face down on a gel ring which she had covered with paper towels. I would like to believe the ring was cleaned after the prior use but I'm not sure it was given I saw an eye mask from a previous client on the floor under my massage table. On the plus side, I was the only one in the three-bed room so it was quiet and felt private.
