Wellness Lounge has been such a blessing for me. The first class I took, I felt completely at home and comfortable. At some yoga studios, especially if you are a fairly new yogi, can be a bit intimidating. From when I walked into their office for the first time, to the first time I left my mat after my first yoga class -- I felt content and at ease. I felt no judgment or competition, I truly felt an ability to practice in my own space.Since my first class I have started their 200hr Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. I am in love. It has truly changed my life. I went in expecting to learn more about yoga and how to make a traveling business out of it, I have receive that and MORE. I have not only created bonded connections that will last a life time, but I also learned so much about myself. The teachers have helped me grow as an individual which is amazing.All of the practitioners and teachers are super sweet, knowledgeable, helpful, and talented. I would definitely recommend anyone to this studio, 10/10.
