Having an office in Kearny Mesa, I am so fortunate to have found this well kept secret! I love their yoga program, it's just what I need to unwind after a day at the office. In the past, I would make excuses not to exercise after work, but the total experience here is all around fantastic, from the intimate, almost private setting, candlelight ambience and gentle guidance from top-notch instruction. These ladies know their yoga, and as a special treat, offer hands on adjustments and temple/neck massage with essential oils for those who wish to receive. If you are feeling overwhelmed and in need some motivational/inspirational messages and deep unwinding, check out Rebekah & Meagan's "Yoga Therapy" classes. If you are wanting a gentle, sweet, calm, "going within" experience, try Kirby's "Candlelight Hatha" class.I've also had several deeply relaxing massages with Meagan, and she really gets into/dissolves those "pet rocks" (as she call them).If you're looking for a great studio in the heart of Kearny Mesa that has it all, look no further!
