Waste of time , putting out information , and money . With this economy you would think you would renters to rent from this property their listed properties. As an essential/ state worker I was looking for a nice and safe place to call home . However , after going through hoops and jumps to get them the info they needed was still denied . Hope for better luck elsewhere.

!!do not apply if you have little to no credit you will automatically be denied waste of money and time not to mention the receptionist cynthia has the worst attitude extremely rude and inconsiderate spreading word this slumlord company is a nightmare should be burned down like we've been burned out of our pockets just to rent through them

This place is a joke. This company has 2.4 stars out of 49 reviews and they got the got-d*mn GALL to require all potential renters to make 3x the rent before VIEWING the property. Are they serious??? They’re acting like they have 5 STARS and great reviews to back their uppity requirements.

I have to say I am impressed with PM Services thus far. Manager made an extra effort to accommodate us upon move-in. Everything I listed on the move-in condition inspection sheet was dealt with the same week. An additional work order I placed was completed the next day. They also seem proactive with attempting to resolve tenant issues among individual units. Thank you for the fast and friendly service.

Absolutely the worst experience as a renter I've ever had. At first they seemed great and were very quick (with in hours) to approve my application. From there it's all bad and I wish they would have denied my application. This is why:When viewed the apartment it appeared to be well maintained. I asked the agent showing me the apartment several times, "Does the place have cockroaches?" to which he replied it did not. I asked that question at least three times when viewing the place. Each time he said "No". I accepted that as truth. Having never had cockroaches (and not wanting them) in any place I've ever lived in my whole life. I know they didn't come with me. But the place is crawling with them! Then as if roaches weren't enough... Bedbugs! Yep BEDBUGS gross. I reported them to the management and they sent someone out exterminate them (I thought). They actually only sent someone to verify there were bedbugs and did nothing about it. I had to get rid of them myself! Still battling the roaches though.Regarding maintenance. I reported the shower in master bath was leaking. It took about 3 days for someone to come "fix" it. When he left it leaked, even worse. So I called again. About a week later they came to fix it. well it doesn't leak anymore but it doesn't work. I shower in the other bathroom now.This has gotten much longer than I'd planned but doesn't even cover a fraction of my complaints. I won't even get started on the way there staff treats people. Or the fact that they discarnate against some tenants and show preferential treatment towards other.In short... DON'T DO IT. RUN (don't walk) FAST AND FAR

I rented from this company for one year. There were pros and cons, though for me the pros outweighed the cons. They were pretty accepting of my ex's not-great credit and I felt the rent/deposit amount was fair for the space we were in. The people working in the office were friendly and quick to respond to questions, service requests, etc. The move-out process was pretty smooth, and we got a reasonable amount of our deposit back (they charged for general cleaning, which is pretty typical in my experience, even though we left the place spotless). My main issue was that they do not do ANY business outside of typical business hours (M-F, 9am to 5pm). I appreciate that they don't want to work on the weekends, but that practice meant that I had to take time off my own job to do things like sign the lease, walk through the apartment, go into the office for any reason, move out of the apartment, etc. I would probably have given five stars if they were able to have even a little bit of availability on the weekends. Otherwise, I think if you're a good tenant and know your stuff, they are fine to rent from.

I am completely shocked that this company gets away with treating people the way they do. This should not be a business. Cynthia appears to go out of her way to make the application process a nightmare. She has absolutely no business working with the public. If you are reading through these reviews and hoping they are exaggerated, they are not. I have submitted more documentation of employment to this company than any other place, and they still will not process my application because Cynthia absolutely refuses to list the information they require when sending a request to my company. Please do not waste your money!

We lived in a house for 3 years. Had very terrible Service with this company. Would never fix anything. And when they finally would get around to fixing things the maintenance would do a terrible job. Also after we moved out. We proceeded to take legal action against this company. Due to all the issues not being addressed. Come to find out The Owner was NEVER informed of any issues that were going on in her home. There was mold growing in the wall behind the shower. They just painted over it to hide it I let the Owner know everything that they failed to do properly and legally. She Stopped using them after, and I believe she ended up taking legal action against PM Services. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!

I'm currently renting a condo managed by PM services, at first I was hesitant because of all the negative reviews but I'm glad I gave them a chance. Cynthia at the front desk is such a sweetheart & has never been rude to me, she answers all my questions & usually gets back to me in an hour. Tracy who manages all the work orders is also a sweetheart, when I have a problem she's on top of it & gets it done ASAP. Out of all the apartments I've rented from she's hands down the BEST at getting things handled and not dragging it on. A reviewer said they waited 45 days to get something fixed? It usually takes them about 1-2 for it to get fixed. Another reviewer said PM services makes you feel "trashy". The only thing trashy is all the BS negative reviews. Most of them just sound like ghetto people who 1) didn't follow the rules or 2) got denied for a property they applied for & they're mad. I have nothing but good things to say about PM services & don't agree with any of the past reviews.
