Went into this location last night and man was it an experience to remember for the rest of my life.. what happened to me at this shop was absolutely rare!! I called and spoke with Marcus.. very very stand up, kind, and caring person as well as he without a doubt is very loyal to this shop!! As I’m I’m in the store all 3 of the employees.. not just 1.. but all 3 of them greeted me, talked to me, and asked how I was doing!!! Whoever was working with Marcus on may 26th just before closing time were awesome as well!! Not very often you get people that care about the customers as much as they care about the place they work at.. I would do whatever is needed to make sure these guys go nowhere!!! These 3 individuals are very rare to the point of almost being “one of a kind” and I met 3 of these kinds of people in 1 building... amazing!!!!!!

Great to see my friend John set up this shop from day one. He took time to personally coordinate a special one-on-one educational meeting with my father to go over the different products available, how they worked and all of the options available for his needs. He has issues with his lungs and wanted to understand all of the options for his unique situation. A great location in Capitol Hill Seattle and friendly, knowledgeable team. Thanks John and Ponder Team for the great customer experience.

Not only are these peeps more than knowledgeable about what I want and need but they are also 100% supportive n caring about yours/our needs. My feeding tube opened up and not only "peed down my leg" but showed the staffs n Chichi's especially sympathies towards my dilemma as she provided tissues to "fix"my issue so I was less embarrassed by what i go thru. I AM BEYOND GRATEFUL to these folKS as THEY MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO LIVE THRU MY HEALTH PROBLEMS N BEYOND!!!I CAN NEVER EVER REPAY YOU ALL FOR MY GRATITUDE!!!! They always go above n beyond what they're trained to do!! Much love to ALL PONDER STAFF!!! MAY YOU ALL HAVE THE MERRIEST OF CHRISTMASES AND HAPPIEST NEW YEARS EVER!!!! MUCH LOVE ALWAYS!!!! XOXOXOXO

Darn. I tried to give you a good review Charlie but it's starting to become inconvenient every time I come here. From the false tags put on my ID to the old lady who lacks good customer service everytime I am helped by her. Today I came in with the same ID that I come in with everytime and your doorman rejected me as a customer. I just drove from Burien just to come to what used to be my favorite Dispensary but I'm gonna start taking my business back to Diego Pellicer. It's just not worth it anymore.

I came in here a year ago with a jar of four leaf clovers and handed out some business cards and told these awesome folks about my photography and bought some marijuana. Well I am definitely still in the market and looking around at shops to buy some sweet product as gifts for friends. I really love the smell and the atmosphere! I thought I'd leave a review with some fun photos and check you guys out again soon! Thanks!

UPDATE 01/24/2019PONDER responded immediately to me, offering me to speak with the director of operations, Charles, and they called me back ASAP.Charles and I talked, and I acknowledge the importance of being compliant + the pressure they must face from the state, but he assured me that was not the customer service they want to be.Went in person, we talked about CD, the closeness of all the rad business, and I am glad to give them another chance, b/c they care about the community the service.Thank you giving me a chance to see what you guys are truly about.

Folks are super helpful and give you all the time and info you could want. Good CBD strains, and Wednesdays they are on special. Great selection of everything. Awesome neighborhood weed shop. I go here instead of Uncle Ike's because it's way more relaxed and the people are more helpful. Feels more personal and friendly than Uncle Ike's.

Best herb shop in the city! There are a lot of shops near my house but I make the trip over to ponder because it is always worth it. The budtenders are always super friendly and helpful always willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have and help you find new products that you may like. Great prices , selection and their happy is awesome. The online ordering makes it really easy. Be sure to sign up for your 'Ponder pass' to get your extra discount!!

Low quality, high prices and staff that is neither friendly nor knowledgeable. They have nothing to say about their products what makes them good, what bud has what qualities. If You ask for a reccomendation which I have most times I went there the last 3 months, they probably won’t have one for you. You have to know what you want before you go in or you might be in for a really pleasant experience. Also they only have 2 products with grams under 10 dollars and they are not regularly stocked so sometimes you are forced to buy more premium stuff. But that’s also just how it is nowadays.

Truth is, I really come by just to see McKenzie(sp?) and just so happen to buy pot while I'm there. I buy pot even if she isn't, just to save some time. But she's really where it's at. Super friendly and amazingly helpful - she was instrumental in finding a strain I liked. Thanks to her in-depth product knowledge, she was able to recommend a strain I'm just crazy in love with! Made a total believer out of me and I can't praise pot, Ponder, or McKenzie enough!
