Hi my name is Cristina C. I recently visited Ponderosa. I would like to specifically say thank you to Vincent & the welcoming girl who answered & made me come in. The young lady was very welcoming & encouraged me to come in she said I would love it. Which I did btw. Vincent was very attentive of my needs made sure that I completely understood the product. Especially since I came in crutches he opened every door as I left. So thank you Vincent for your top notch customer service. Anytime anyone does some thing with passion it’s always a good experience🙏

The staff is nice. The carts are not. This is some of the darkest discolored distillate I have ever seen. I have previously made cartridges for a company in LA. When I look at the distillate from the Pura Blackberry Kush, it's so dark I don't plan on touching it. It looks nothing like the photos on their website.My friend bought two half gram carts and I am going to toss them.I don't know what they're putting in their distillation that makes the top of the liquid so dark!! It's either being mixed with something sketchy or their carts are sitting for months without being moved. This is not something I want in my lungs. Also the carts are dropping a LOT. It looks like a fifth of my half gram is already missing. The cart should not be dropping this low even after filling. This would not pass QA where I worked if it was dropped this low.I took some photos of the carts and uploaded them here for reference;Look at the white background picture (PURA's stock image) vs the 3 photos of the cart I got. They don't look alike in any capacity.In the stock image you see a clear, golden distillate that we can visibly see through that it doesn't have additives. In my photos it's so dark you could wear them as sunglasses and still not see theough them. These should not be sold.They need to step up their QA because these look like fake carts that are going all over the US. I will be giving 2 stars because the staff are really knowledgeable and friendly, and it's not on them for the inventory they're getting rid of.

Been going here for years and was refused service by one employee because he was rude the last time I went. Came out to intentionally help someone else in front of me. No man should behave this way and just shows his maturity level. After 7 years I may never go back to ponderosa! Word of mouth is crazy! By the way I don’t even know his name. But he has dreads.

It's sad to put a one-star review for my visit today. I love this place!! Always great deals going on , I understand the whole pendemic but when you're allowing people to come into your store now, They should be able to be there with their referral especially if it's their significant other that has card also planning a medicated purchase at the menu and you're told that you need to leave because you're limiting people when I'm a current patient trying to make a decision for my order . WTH covid 19 is ridiculously stupid

I used to love Ponderosa. It was my favorite dispensary. Until today. They are only taking online orders or orders over the phone. Understandable with what's going on. However you have to take your bud tenders word when it comes to strains. I asked for an indica batter. They assured me that what I was getting was indica. However, when I got home I tried to verify that and found out I got a hybrid. I called them to see if they could exchange it for an indica and they told me that they wont do it because it's an indica dominant hybrid. I will never go to Ponderosa again.

I had a wonderful time for my first visit at Ponderosa Releaf. Daniel was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right products for my needs. This was only the third dispensary I’ve visited, second in AZ, and Daniel was very patient answering all my questions. He knows a lot about edibles as well, which I have not been taught much about up til now. I chose a wonderful live resin cartridge and some Wedding Cake and have been very satisfied with my purchases. The effort they spent helping me was much appreciated - I‘ll be enjoying my newfound knowledge and products for months to come!!

The prices already include the tax. Their products are of the highest quality. They have great deals and daily specials. The staff is great. Sounds like your standard review, right? Well let me tell you about the stuff that makes them better than the rest. I purchased 3 cartridges, out of the 3, only 1 worked for me. So brought them back for a refund. So it turns out that line is no longer available because they have been having too many problems with them. Makes sense, seeing as how I was having said problem. Not only did they refund me, instead of giving me what I paid for, they upgraded the cartridges to a higher quality brand. To put it into easily understood terms, I got $70 worth of cartridges for $50. No fuss, no muss. That's why it is the only store for me. Check them out (if you are legally able to) I highly recommend them.

5 star treatment, topshelf tree, a welcoming staff, and an even better deal, on assortments of concentrates & Edibles... just a few words that remind me of my friendly neighborhood ponderosa. The wait is never too bad and they have an Express window, if you prefer not to look or smell at the products in the back. I love this dispensary.

This is hands down my favorite dispensary. Consistent, helpful service no matter what budtender i get. Good rewards program and one of the best places for quality flower. Probably have been going here for about a year now and all but 1 time have had nothing but a great experience, from the time i walk in, until the time i walk out.Thanks Ponderosa for "stepping it up".👍😊
